Delf Stream is a ground floor flat set in the heart of the medieval town of Sandwich.The accommodation is perfect for couples or families. It comes with off street parking. There are two good sized bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one twin bedroom both fitted with top quality linen. The flat has a sunny courtyard and is tastefully furnished using high quality fittings, to complement the beachy themes.
Delf Stream is only a few steps from an excellent array of delicious restaurants, coffee shops, delis, upmarket and quirky boutiques. There are beautiful churches to visit, don't forget to climb the tower and variety of country river walks. Also close by are two world class championship golf courses All these things combine to make up beautiful Sandwich.
This was originally our late mother’s apartment for approx 30 wonderful years. We’ve carefully renovated it with care and attention that we know she would want. We have provided everything you could possibly want and we hope more! Welcome!
For me, this property and Sandwich is a little oasis. Away from the hustle and bustle of today’s modern living, Sandwich has something special that I hope you will also find here too.

Such a great Christmas staying in this lovely property.
By Briony on 24-Dec-2024We have had a great Christmas break in this lovely property. It is very comfortable, warm and fully equipped with everything you need. It is so peaceful, you can hear the ducks bathing in the stream in the morning. The location is perfect; especially with a dog with the park so close. Sandwich is so very pretty & very dog friendly. The modern Christmas tree, and delicious mince pies were such a nice touch…..thank you! We will definitely come and stay again!
