ABOUT THIS PROPERTY
La Fleur de Savignac is a wonderfully spacious holiday home dating back to 1706, set within a peaceful 2.4-hectare domaine in Lot-et-Garonne, close to the Dordogne border. Surrounded by rolling hills and forests, and with views stretching to the historic Château de Duras, this 105 m² (approx. 1,130 sq ft) house offers an idyllic countryside escape. Ideal for families or groups, it combines modern comfort with beautifully preserved original character.

The property is one of three houses on the domaine, which also includes the owner’s residence. For larger families or groups of friends, it is possible to rent the adjoining one-bedroom gîte, accommodating up to three additional guests.

AIR-CONDITIONING & FANS – Upstairs bedrooms have reverse cycle air-conditioning, while the thick stone walls keep the downstairs cool.

SCENIC LOCATION – Located 3kms from the town of Duras, famous for its Château and vibrant cafés, close to the Dordogne River and the picturesque countryside.
