Perfect for Hobby Breaks, Walking or Golfing trips, or relaxing holidays enjoying sightseeing in the region.
With no stairs or steps, all accommodation is on one level - ground floor bathroom and bedrooms.

CORNER COTTAGE has been refurbished throughout to provide for modern comforts and conveniences, whilst retaining many Period features such as its fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. This Cottage is Rated 4-Star Gold by Visit England.
LIVING, KITCHEN & DINING SPACE
The open-plan layout of the living room and kitchen/dining area creates a very cosy and sociable space for guests to enjoy.
In the Farmhouse-style kitchen there is a large fridge-freezer, Range-style cooker (Gas hob and Electric double-oven), dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Tassimo coffee. A supply of tea, coffee (both instant and Coffee-Machine Pods) and sugar to start you off, plenty of tea-towels, plus cupboard essentials such as foil, clingfilm, salt & pepper, etc.
THE BEDROOMS
Both bedrooms have wonderfully comfortable Memory-Foam mattresses, ensuring a great night’s sleep. They also have plenty of hanging & drawer space for your holiday clothes, a hairdryer, sockets each side of the bed, and lined curtains so you’re not woken at daybreak.
The Master bedroom can be arranged as either a Kingsize double or as a Twin bedded room (with two 2’6 single beds), according to guest’s’ preference - creating more flexibility.
Outside space
Corner Cottage has a small courtyard area at the back, where guests can sit to enjoy a pre-dinner drink or a lazy morning with coffee and newspapers.
Saxmundham is an historic market-town on the old Coaching Route from London, and the Holiday Cottages are just 5 mins walk from the High Street, so you’ll never be far from what you need - it has shops, cafes, restaurants, the Railway Station, EV Charging Points and a Tesco and a Waitrose supermarket.
There are several Farm Shops locally, and and M&S Foodhall in Martlesham (approx 25 mins drive)
The town is the hub of the region and provides an ideal touring base from which to explore Suffolk and beyond. It’s in the perfect location to visit all the attractions of this fabulous Coastal Region.
You’ll be just 4 miles from Snape Maltings, 8 miles from the seaside town of Aldeburgh, and within a 30 min drive of Southwold, Walberswick, Framlingham, Woodbridge, Orford and many other popular attractions.
Sutton Hoo, RSPB Minsmere, AONB Dunwich Heath, National Trust Country Houses and English Heritage castles are nearby too.
Public Transport include bus routes and Train services to many places of interest, and local Taxi Services are very reasonably-priced.

This unique group of 3 charming Period Cottages includes both one and two-bedroomed Holiday Cottages, all on the same site, and can accommodate up to 10 people when booked together (4 + 4 + 2). Ideal for groups of friends or family to holiday together, but have their own space.
The larger Cottages are single-storey, with ground floor bathroom and bedrooms. All are fully equipped for a comfortable stay, and Rated 4-Star by Visit Britain - with the two-bedroom Cottages Rated 4 Star Gold.

The host was very helpful and accommodating, providing a fan with out being requested due to the heat. The cottage felt very secure and was in a quiet area. I would definitely stay again when visiting Sax. Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 Rooms Two large bedrooms. The cottage looked small from outside but was like a tardis inside. Safety Felt very safe and secure. Walkability Five minutes walk from the town centre. Noteworthy details The courtyard is a suntrap. Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value

Wonderful stay

I don't think either of us have stayed in a holiday cottage with such a well equipped kitchen - unlike many places, this is superb if you're wanting to indulge in a bit of cordon bleu home cooking on your break. It's compact but felt very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend to others.
