Minimum stay of 7 nights required in school holidays only. Outside of school holidays 3 night minimum bookings accepted which will be approximately 75% of the cost of a 7 night stay. Changeover day is generally Friday unless otherwise agreed. Dogs allowed (maximum 2) for an extra charge of £20 per animal per stay. Deposit of £200 required on booking with balance payable within 2 calendar months of the start of your holiday. Security deposit of £100 required on payment of the final balance due which will be refunded (all being well on satisfactory inspection of the property) within 2 weeks of the end of your stay.
