Close to all amenities and with the beach just a 5 minute stroll away it is ideally situated for family holidays, with short breaks offered at various times of the year. Pets and children welcome

2 bathrooms – 1 with bath and shower, 1 with shower unit (downstairs)

Kitchen/diner – fridge freezer, cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster. Large extendable dining table that seats up to 8 people when extended. TV and small comfortable seating area

Utility – washing machine, ironing board, iron

Lounge – split in to 2 seating areas at the front of the property overlooking The Green. TV, DVD player, Sonos smart speaker for music, games, books.

Outside rear space – table and chairs, retractable washing line

Central heating controlled via Hive

Travel cot, stairgate and booster seats available for very young children

Parking is on street around The Green and within Shaldon and cannot always be guaranteed. Private parking is sometimes available. Please ask for availability otherwise there are 2 pay and display options available close by.
