Welcome to No. 4 Seaview, Sheringham - A cherished family retreat by the sea – now yours to enjoy!

After over 20 years of family holidays spent along this very road, it’s a dream come true for us to now own No. 4 Seaview – and we’re honoured to share it with you.

This spacious, three-storey mid-terrace townhouse is ideally located just 130 yards from Sheringham’s award-winning beach and promenade. With sea views, generous living space, and room for multi-generational families, it’s the perfect base to explore the best of North Norfolk’s coast and countryside.

The house features a bright and cosy sitting room with electric coal-effect fire, a sea-facing conservatory with large dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen. This property sleeps 13, with 5 Bedrooms spread over the first and second floors many with sea views and washbasins. A bath towel and hand towel will be provided per person.
Log burner in main living room. Outdoor seating on the terrace makes the most of the coastal setting.

Dog-friendly (up to two small/medium well behaved dogs) and family-ready, the property includes stair gates, a travel cot (please bring own sheet and bedding), high chair, private parking for two cars, and step-free access via the nearby public car park. We do charge an additional fee of £20 per dog, per stay.

Sheringham’s cafes, shops, and train station are all within walking distance, making No. 4 Seaview a fantastic getaway for families, walkers, and beach lovers alike.
