Leave ReviewAnother very enjoyable stay
By John and Chris on 25-Oct-2025Once again, an excellent stay at Button Cottage. When the weather was wet we could settle down and relax in this comfortable well equipped cottage. Sidmouth remains a lovely seaside town with no shortage of cafes and restaurants to eat. Looking forward to our next stay.

A lovely week in Button Cottage
By Elizabeth & David on 04-Oct-2025We had a lovely week in Button Cottage. Sidmouth was great, as always. We went out and about, Donkey Sanctuary, cinema, Honey Park etc. We went up and down to Sidmouth using buses! Always great to come back to the comfort of the cottage.
Immaculate
By Kathryn & Ron on 21-Sep-2025Thank you for another lovely stay at Button Cottage. Immaculate as ever and really comfortable. We were blessed with lovely weather as well. Hopefully see you again. Thank you Jacqueline
Excellent as always
By Brian and Elaine Prince on 06-Sep-2025This was our third stay at Button Cottage and hopefully it won't be our last. The cottage is a real home from home and so handily situated for the local supermarket, with just a short walk to bus stops, and the buses are so regular to Exeter and Exmouth, you can discard the car for a few days. The walk into Sidmouth along the Byes takes about 15 minutes and is so relaxing and peaceful. The cottage itself has everything needed to ensure a perfect stay, we love it here and Jacqueline the owner is so ammeanable and only a phone call away if needed for anything.

By Far The Best Accommodation
By Pat & June on 23-Aug-2025It's our fourth visit to Sidmouth but our first to Button Cottage, which is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. Very clean, homely with everything you need. Great location. Enjoyed walking along the Byes to town and visiting Bicton Park Botanical Gardens (well worth a visit). Used the local buses just up the road to Exeter and Exmouth which were very good and reliable. Thank you for a lovely stay. Will certainly recommend to friends.
Excellent, a great place to stay.
By John & Chris on 09-Aug-2025We have stayed at Button Cottage twice now and are looking forward to our next stay. A lovely well-equipped cottage which is well positioned near to The Byes and a short walk into the Town Centre to our favourite cafes and shops. Shop and takeaway just round the corner if we don't want to go far. Plenty of off-street parking and close to bus stops as well. We enjoyed sitting in the garden in August and the plums from the tree were delicious. Thank you Jacqueline.
