Seashells is perfectly located for a classic coastal holiday in Skegness, just a short walk from the sandy beach — around 5 minutes on foot, ideal for family days by the sea, sandcastle building, or evening strolls. Within walking distance, you’ll also find local shops, cafés, and traditional seaside amusements for ice cream, arcade games, or fish and chips. For dining, there’s no shortage of options: from cafes to local pubs, or grab a quick treat from beachside cafés. Skegness is famous for its traditional seaside fun, including donkey rides, fairground attractions, and the iconic pier. Nearby attractions include Natureland Seal Sanctuary, Skegness Aquarium, and the Fantasy Island amusement park, all within easy reach.
Skegness is a great base for long coastal trails or exploring Lincolnshire’s countryside villages. By Cassie on 26-Jan-2026The house is in an excellent location with a 5 minute walk to Skegness sea front and local bars and restaurants. The house was well presented with two good double bedrooms and a large bathroom that was very clean and had complimentary toiletries which was a welcome touch. The host Claire was really welcoming and excellent at communicating throughout our stay. The hot chocolate station on arrival was a lovely touch and just what was needed after a nice day walking around Skegness. There was parking available for one car around the back of the property and this was easily accessible throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.
