There is off road parking for one medium car at the rear down a private lane access and street parking to the front in the cul-de-sac. Both the enclosed gardens are small and neat with side gate/pathway to the rear garden. The rear garden is totally enclosed and is ideal for children to play and for sitting out enjoying the summer sunshine. There is a small covered pond just outside the back door (this will be eventually removed).

Very handy for exploring this beautiful Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Snettisham is only 4 miles from the popular resort of Hunstanton and 11 miles from historic port of Kings Lynn where there are good public transport links from North and the South by train or bus. If you don’t want to stay amidst the hustle and bustle of the coast, then this property and village is ideal. The Farm Park at the back of the village is very popular with visitors all year.
The property is less than 5 minutes' walk from local shops, pubs and restaurants and the beach which is easy to drive to and is popular for water sports. There is also a car park. Norfolk Lavender, Sandringham Estate, Hunstanton and Kings Lynn are all within twenty minutes driving distance, and there is a regular bus service through the village too from Kings Lynn travelling to Cromer and Hunstanton. Train and bus connections are at the historical port of Kings Lynn only 11 miles away. Heacham is the home of Norfolk Lavender where you can see the history of the site and buy lavender produce besides many other interesting gifts. There is also a farm shop, restaurant, plus animal Centre and Farmer Fred’s Adventure Play Barn are open all year for children and visitors.
Beautiful Sandringham House with it’s stunning gardens, museum and surrounding park are open most days throughout the year, perfect for picnics and dog walking. Entrance to the park is free but parking charges apply. July’s Flower Show is something not to be missed, being attended by royalty and offering a superb day out for all the family. Heacham and Dersingham are very busy villages with several little shops, pubs, cafes and churches. The RSPB bird reserve is close to Snettisham beach has featured many times on television with its abundance of migrating and resident birds. Pensthorpe just outside Fakenham is also home to many different species of birds and a lovely day out for all the family with restaurant, walks, and play and information centres. Wild Ken Hill between Snettisham and Heacham on the A149 has hosted BBC's Spring and Autumn Watch programmes and is open to the public. Titchwell Bird Reserve is another RSPB reserve open to the public and is further along the coast about 8 miles towards Wells another busy holiday resort.
