Originally part of a working dairy farm, the barns have been thoughtfully converted to blend rustic character with modern comforts, making them a fantastic choice for larger groups.Arranged around a central courtyard, the layout allows guests to enjoy both private space and shared social time. The outdoor entertaining area is perfect for group dining and relaxation, complete with a hot tub and games room to keep everyone entertained. For a day of wild beauty and adventure, Exmoor National Park offers dramatic landscapes, heather-clad moors, and the chance to spot wild ponies.

Fabulous accommodation
By Williams on 12-Dec-2024Fabulous accommodation, very clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and a lovely welcome hamper on arrival. Beds comfy and bathrooms spotless. Lovely bath towels but no hand towels, however they did supply plenty more bath towels when requested. Would definitely stay there again.
The house keeping staff were on the ball and very attentive.

The whatsapp group created for the stay was a brilliant idea and allowed us to ask any questions, which were quickly answered. All rooms were highly specified, including the Bedrooms, Kitchen and the excellent Games room which is actually bigger than looks in the photos. Well done team, excellent property. The only enhancement would of been the use of a wheeled festival/garden trolley/cart from car park to the properties. It would be good to suggest to future parties to bring own if required. We generated a lot more rubbish than the one bin could cope with and it did seem strange that there was no recycling bin separation other than glass. Many Thanks
