Description
Dustings is a wonderful large-group retreat, tucked away on a working farm at the foot of the Quantock Hills. Sleeping up to 16 guests in six spacious bedrooms, it’s the perfect base for family gatherings, celebrations, or weekends away with friends. The house has a huge farmhouse-style kitchen, a cosy movie room, and upstairs, a light-filled sitting room and games room with sweeping rural views.Outside, a private courtyard features a six-person hot tub, a barbecue (Easter to October), and lawns with a play area for younger children.
The location is idyllic, with walks straight from the doorstep through miles of glorious Somerset countryside. Nearby you’ll find family attractions, welcoming pubs, and the beaches of the Somerset Coast – from the sands of Minehead and Blue Anchor to the fossil-rich shores of Kilve and the dramatic cliffs of East Quantoxhead.
Dustings is perfect for holidays, midweek breaks, and weekends away – whether it’s families, friends, hen parties, or even corporate stays. Dogs are welcome too, so no one gets left behind.

Dustings offered something for everyone
By O'Brien on 08-Aug-2025Dustings offered something for everyone in our family group that ranged from 4 to 73 years old. There was lots of space for the kids to enjoy and and for the adults to relax in. The highlight was to have professional caterers cook and serve an amazing Sunday lunch.
