By Slater on 03-Mar-2025The house was amazing, we were lucky with the weather, bbq and took advantage of the space the house offered. I couldn't recommend the old rectory highly enough. I wouldn't want to insult them by recommending any improvement. It's not very often you get a group of people together who all said what a lovely place and had a fantastic time.

Loved the yoga sutdio
By Coode on 06-Jun-2025Our grandchildren really enjoyed the garden and the playroom. We loved the yoga studio. There was plenty of space for us without being overwhelming. Claire the house manager was welcoming and helpful.
Amazing location
By Reed on 05-May-2025Fantastically well appointed and maintained, in an amazing location. Everything in and outside the house was thought about and made available. Duty Manager David was very pleasant and very helpful.
Best property yet.
By Marshall on 23-Jul-2025We've been doing big family holidays for 10 years and the general consensus is that The Old Rectory is the best property yet. It's set in a beautiful area, with easy access to the Quantocks and views out over the Bristol Channel to Wales were spectacular. Plenty of space to spread out, inside and out, always needed with big groups. Great, well equipped kitchen, just what you need when catering for 15 people.
