Hiscox CottageA spacious two bedroom cottage with outstanding valley views in the village of Southleigh approx 3 miles to Colyton 10 mins to Beer and Branscombe and 20 mins to Lyme Regis or Sidmouth the Jurassic coast is easily accessible. The cottage is dog friendly with secure private garden comprising of two bedrooms, concervatory with outstanding views and separate games room.
Hiscox Cottage is ideal for pure relaxation and taking in the Devon scenery with country walks on the door step or an ideal base for the Jurassic coast line. The medieval town of Colyton is just 3 miles away with pubs and shops you can jump on the Tram here to Seaton with its lovely beach restaurants and shops, the fishing village of Beer is just a small distance away and both Lyme Regis and Sidmouth 20 minutes.
The cottage has a down stairs bedroom ideal for those with limited mobility with a zip link bed making a kinsize or two singles with en suite shower, WC and basin. The upstairs bedroom is open plan with kingsize bed and single day bed a balcony overlooking the valley and bathroom with roll top bath, hand shower, WC and basin. Sitting area with kitchen and the dining table in the conservatory. The enclosed garden is mostly lawn with a sun terrace and summer house/games room at the rear with table tennis, washing machine and dryer with comfortable seating to watch the sunset. Ample parking. Hiscox Cottage is set on a farm with and additional 3 holiday cottages ( Higher Wadden sleeping 8 -10 people, The Barn sleeping 12 -14 people and Lower Wadden Farm sleeping 12 -14 people).
