Southleigh is 3 miles from Colyton 10 mins to Beer, Branscombe and Seaton and just 20 mins to Lyme Regis or Sidmouth the Jurassic coast is easily accessible. The farm house dates back to the 18th Century and is full of charm with a separate games room and is dog friendly.

Higher Wadden is ideal for families or group of friends wanting relaxation taking in the Devon scenery with country walks on the door step or an idea base for the Jurassic coast line. The medieval town of Colyton is just 3 miles away with pubs and shops you can jump on the Tram here to Seaton with its lovely beach restaurants and shops, the fishing village of Beer is just a small distance away and both Lyme Regis and Sidmouth 20 minutes. Higher Wadden has off road parking, garden/ patio area and is set on a farm with an additional 3 holiday cottages (Hiscox Cottage sleeping 4 -5 people, The Barn sleeping 12 -14 people and Lower Wadden Farm Sleeping 12 -14 people).

Enter via the boot/ utility room the perfect place to shed boots, coats and muddy dogs after a day exploring, into the kitchen with Aga cooking plus electric oven, central island and views above the kitchen is a mezzanine study for quiet moments with a book. The snug is situated off the kitchen to a large dining area and step into the large lounge and beyond the games room with pool and football table. Upstairs the master bedroom with super king size bed and fouton making it a family room if desired. Large en suite with bath, shower WC and 2 basins. a further twin room (can be zip linked) an an additional 2 king size bedrooms and bathroom with bath, shower, WC and sink.

There are steps throughout and is not suitable for those with limited mobility. The wood burning stoves are ornamental only. Property sleeps 8 but can sleep 10 with the use of the futon. Dishwasher is slimline. Washing machine and dryer. Wifi
