The Barn is ideal for families or group of friends wanting relaxation taking in the Devon scenery with country walks on the door step or an ideal base for the Jurassic coast line. The medieval town of Colyton is just 3 miles away with pubs and shops you can jump on the Tram here to Seaton with its lovely beach restaurants and shops, the fishing village of Beer is just a small distance away and both Lyme Regis and Sidmouth 20 minutes. The Ban is set on a farm with an additional 3 holiday cottages (Lower Wadden Farm sleeping 12-14 people, Higher Wadden Farm sleeping 8 -10 people and Hiscox Cottage sleeping 4-5 people).

Set in the village of Southleigh approx 3 miles from Colyton 10 mins to Beer and Branscombe and just 20 mins to Lyme Regis or Sidmouth the Jurassic coast is easily accessible. The Barn is dog friendly and ideal for large families or friends wanting pure relaxation taking in the Devon scenery with country walks on the door step or an ideal base for the Jurassic coast line. The Barn is detached with 2 double bedrooms upstairs with en suite facilities, showers over the bath and 3 twin bedrooms one which has pull out truckle beds making it an ideal children room for 4 again all having en suite facilities with shower over the baths. Downstairs is a vast open plan living area with comfortable sofas and log burner pool and football table, large oak dining table and well equipped kitchen with Aga and electric cooker. There is a small quiet lounge if required and the further 6th bedroom on the ground floor with en suite shower ideal for those with limited mobility. There is a large suntrap terrace with picnic benches and beyond this is a grassed paddock area with plenty of room for cricket or to kick a ball around. To the right of the Barn is a raised decking area with a private 8 person hot tub, further seating children's play are (under5's) and gas BBQ.
