Location 5 - Excellent Cleanliness 5 - Excellent Facilities 4 - Good Service / Staff 5 - Excellent Would you recommend us to other travellers? Yes Comments about us Ideal place to stay for walking costal paths. We have been visiting for many years. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Russell is at hand if you need help with anything Tips for other travellers To avoid trying to park in St Ives use the bus which leaves from the camp site several times a day in high season, less frequent in low season. Godrevy beach (National Trust) is well worth seeking out. Fantastic sea views and field parking make it an ideal place to stay for the day.

Location 5 - Excellent Cleanliness 5 - Excellent Facilities 5 - Excellent Service / Staff 5 - Excellent Would you recommend us to other travellers? Yes Comments about us We stayed in the stable and were very happy with the accommodation. Well equipped kitchen, bed was very comfortable and the shower was powerful. Good directions provided via email before our visit which helped us find it easily. Tips for other travellers Plenty of walks from the farm. We walked the field path to St Ives several times during our stay….the dog loved it! We walked back to the farm along the coastal path one day and although it was a bit more strenuous, the views were amazing! We were also lucky enough to see the seals. The weather wasn’t great but we made the most of it. Would like to return when the weather is better and more businesses open in St Ives

Location 5 - Excellent Cleanliness 5 - Excellent Facilities 5 - Excellent Service / Staff 5 - Excellent Would you recommend us to other travellers? Yes Comments about us Oh my little home from home, I love it so much and I don’t think I should recommend it to anyone because then there won’t be so much room for this secret place to be all mine :) Such a wonderful spot away enough from the hustle to be quiet, but close enough to have easy access to everywhere Tips for other travellers Ooooo now…. Bring waterproofs ! The amount of times people travel down expecting a plethora of indoor activities !! This part of Scotland is rural, wonderful coastline - beach combing joy. Bring waterproofs and then rain doesn’t hurt a soul. Gather shiny mother of pearl shells from hayle beach, head over to mousehole to discover sea pottery at low tide, or stand on the arm of the harbour and see who gets the wettest. For a fabulous walk, check out nanjizal - take a sketch pad and try to work out where the mermaid would be. Head to kynance cove - arriving at mid tide going to low and stay long enough to scoot round to the caves, then back to the cafe for a yummy lunch. Hmmmmmm anywhere else is for you to discover :)
