Perfect Couple’s Getaway – Cosy Breaks for Two at Trevalgan Farm HolidaysLooking for a peaceful escape just the two of you (plus the dog, of course!)? Our one-bedroom holiday properties are perfect for couples wanting to relax, unwind, and explore the beauty of West Cornwall.
We welcome short breaks from September to June, so whether it’s a weekend retreat or a midweek breather, we’ve got you covered!
Choose from two gorgeous 1-bedroom properties:
The Stable – charming, cosy, and close to all the action
The Little Barn – a stunning stand-alone retreat, tucked slightly away from the main complex for added privacy and peace
Sleeps 2 + baby in a cot
Each property features:
A comfy kingsize bed
Well-equipped kitchen
Cosy lounge/dining area
Bathroom with a bath and high-pressure overhead shower

We’ve made our 5 dog-friendly properties even better for your four-legged family members:
4ft enclosed picket fences around 3 of the properties
A 7-acre dog exercise field
Dogs are welcome on beds (see booking terms)
Dogs can be left alone in the property (see booking terms)
Up to 3 small/medium dogs welcome
Other on-site amenities include:
Indoor games room (pool, table football, table tennis – all free!)
Communal laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer, and outdoor washing lines
Secure storage for bikes, surfboards & more
Free use of windbreaks, bodyboards, and even a bike repair pod with tools
A regular shuttle bus to St. Ives runs from May 1st to mid-September – no need to worry about parking in town!

The Stable was warm and cozy when we arrived and had everything we needed. It’s in a great location with St.Ives just a 10 minute drive away and close to a variety of lovely beaches for dog walks and getting some much needed fresh air. Russell is a great host and we will definitely be back in the spring.

After getting caught in the most torrential rain it was lovely to come back to somewhere warm & cosy! Thank you for the delicious afternoon tea & the dog treats. The bus service was very also very handy to use to get into St Ives during the day time.

The property had everything you needed and was a good size for us all. The enclosed picket fence was perfect for us and the dogs to be able to sit outside and enjoy the sun. Very peaceful location. Would definitely recommend

The Stable is in a great location with stunning views and our dog Rolo loved the field to chase his ball. A handy bus service means that it’s cheap and easy to get to St Ives and back, if you don’t want to take the car. This is our second visit and we will definitely be back. Thanks for letting us stay.
