The apartments are set in a quiet location, yet St Ives itself is still incredibly accessible. Why battle busy streets and packed car parks when you can stay somewhere calm and return knowing you’ll always have a space waiting for you? It also makes exploring the rest of Cornwall completely hassle-free, without worrying about where you’ll park when you get back. The welcome from the owners is genuinely one of the friendliest you’ll experience — warm, relaxed, and with a real desire to make sure your stay in St Ives is exactly what you want it to be. If you’re travelling with a dog, this place really stands out. It’s properly dog-friendly — each apartment is securely fenced, which means you can leave the door open and enjoy the Cornish air without a second thought. It makes the whole stay feel even more relaxed. The accommodation itself is top-notch: clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. That said, the surroundings are so inviting that the pull to get out and explore often outweighs the temptation to stay in. Fresh air, peace and quiet, and a completely hassle-free base — it’s hard to ask for more.

Our son and his wife with a little grandson were camping in the caravan in the field next to us, they came over to have a meal with us all one night, it was fantastic, we would highly recommend the Carthouse, and I am a fuss pot where we stay!
Comfortable and peaceful location

Lots of walks from doorstep. Would recommend.
Lanhydrock -Peaceful, Perfect & Charming Farm Holiday

Everything we could need in accommodation, home from home. Clean, comfy, and well equipped. Stunning field views. Nothing is ever any trouble for The Osbornes. We will 100% be returning, and the 7 hour drive from Essex is worth it. So close to the beautiful coastal path and St Ives is easily accessible.

Spacious, very comfortable and spotlessly clean with very welcoming, friendly, accommodating hosts who are on site. Extremely dog friendly too. We really appreciated the excellent stress free bus service to and from the site into St Ives, enabling some relaxing drive free days, but there are also lots of wonderful places to visit on days you wish to drive. St Ives is a very special place, with lots of lovely shops, beaches, cafes and restaurants. Equally special is this beautiful, well appointed accommodation with scones, jam and clotted cream greeting you on arrival. We absolutely love staying at Trevalgan Farm and are already planning our return holiday next Summer. We would not stay anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Games room and animals good for occupying small children, kitchen had everything we needed, comfy beds and sofa, perfect location and Russell is lovely. Honestly couldn’t be happier.
