Little Liskernick Apartment is situated slightly higher in St Ives, offering a quiet location with views across the bay and is near to an area of outstanding natural beauty. The apartment is approx 10 minute stroll downhill to the nearest beach 'Porthmeor', the most popular beach for surfers and swimmers in the town. Porthmeor beach is located in front of the well known Tate Gallery.
A short walk along from here will take you into the heart of the town and harbour area. Where you can find a number of restaurants, cafes and bars. Explore the cobbled streets which are lined with many shops and boutiques of various local handmade products, art galleries. Famous for artists such as Bernard Leach, Barbara Hepworth, Alfred Wallis to name just a few.
Alternatively a short 5 minute walk along the country lane will take you to the South West Coast path, where you will find peace and tranquillity. Explore the clifftops and enjoy the breath taking scenery. You may be lucky to see dolphins, seals, choughs and other wildlife along the way.
This spacious 1 bedroom apartment sleeps 2 in a double room and has the added benefit of on-site parking for 1 car.
We are a perfect base for exploring the West Penwith area of Cornwall.

The apartment comprises of:
Entrance Porch leading to ground floor shower room with toilet and washbasin. Washer/Dryer.
Small flight of stairs take you to the 1st floor where you will find large open plan living and dining area, double bedroom and galley kitchen.
The galley kitchen is fully equipped with a under counter fridge with a small freezer compartment, full sized gas oven, grill and hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle. Ample crockery and cutlery. Saucepans, utensils.
The double bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, a chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes with shelves and hanging space.
Four steps take you down into the living area.
The open plan lounge/diner is very spacious. It has a comfortable sofa, 2 tub chairs. Smart TV and DAB radio. Coffee table and side tables. A round dining table and four chairs. A large window with sea glimpses.
Linen Bed linen is provided including towels and teatowels. We do ask that you bring your own beach towels if required
