With thick stone walls and beamed ceilings, this lovely two bedroomed self catering cottage is a wonderfully peaceful place to stay, perfectly located for easy access to both North and South coasts. River Cottage is full of character comfortably furnished.
The accommodation: Ground floor : Kitchen with an electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher and washing machine. Large open plan living/dining room with comfortable sofas and large TV. Shower room with walk in shower, wash basin and toilet. Upstairs: Master bedroom with King size bed, spacious single bedroom (bunk beds can be added to sleep 2 children if required) Family bathroom. Services: Central heating throughout. Washing machine, iron and ironing board. WiFi is available. electricity, bed linen and towels included. Parking. Use of communal garden and summerhouse. No pets, Non-Smoking.

Everything perfect, parking in front of the house, close to many beaches, the house was clean spotless, very smelling every day, the bed was a delight of comfortable, the place is good for those who are driving. We had no problem arriving was super easy and well clarified. The time in Cornwall is a little crazy we wanted to enjoy the beach the most it rained. The house is very well equipped with everything you need to spend several days! The place has no phone signal so take the instructions and get ready before you go. I''ll be back more often!
