Lighthouse Lookout is a charming top floor apartment offering delightful glimpses of the Harbour lighthouse and the sea. The property features a spacious main bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, as well as cosy bedroom nook with a raised double bed to maximise storage space underneath. Steps provide easy access to the bed. The loft style living area combines the lounge and kitchen in a bright and airy space, complete with a beautiful oak dining table - perfect for relaxed meals and family gatherings. The bathroom has a powerful shower over a bath.

Lighthouse Lookout is part of the characterful historic building 'The Old Sail Lofts', close to the harbour in St Ives. Like many traditional coastal buildings in St Ives, it has plenty of personality - including the occasional slightly wonky beam and charming quirks that reflect its age and history. Inside, the flat is calm and welcoming, offering a relaxed base just moments from the sea. The layout makes the most of the space with one spacious king size bedroom and one small but cosy double bedroom, perfect for a good night's sleep after a day exploring. The living room and kitchen dining area is light and airy. The kitchen window offers charming glimpses of the sea and harbour, with the lighthouse on the pier visible in the distance while you cook. The flat has a Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine and all the amenities you need for cooking. Bethedsa Hill is one of the most convenient and charming spots to stay in St Ives, with cobbled streets and views down to the harbour. It offers the perfect balance of being right in the heart of town while still feeling slightly hidden away from the busiest streets. From here you can wander down towards the harbour in just a few moments, to the beautiful sandy beach. As Lighthouse Lookout is tucked away in one of the town's traditional cobbled lanes the property cannot be reached directly by car. Access is via a short walk up a cobbled street from the harbour, which helps keep the location peaceful and away from traffic. While there isn't parking at the property, there are several options used by many visitors. *Island long stay car park - 5 minutes walk - weekly cost £26.30 *Barnoon long stay car park - 10 minutes walk - weekly cost £26.30 * St Ives rugby club - 15/20 min walk or shuttle bus to town - £7/day Many guests find it easiest to park temporarily on the harbourside to unload luggage, then park in one of the nearby car parks before enjoying the short walk back through the beautiful streets of St Ives. If you are arriving by train or bus, it is only a fifteen minute walk from the station, making Lighthouse Lookout a great option for a car free coastal getaway.
