Harbour Reach is a beautiful coastal retreat set within the characterful historic building, The Old Sail Lofts, just moments from the harbour in St Ives. Tucked away in one of the town’s traditional cobbled lanes, it offers a peaceful setting while being only a minute’s walk from the harbour beach, restaurants, galleries and shops.

The apartment features two cosy double bedrooms and a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, creating a comfortable space for up to four guests. It includes a Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine and everything needed for a relaxing stay.

Like many traditional buildings in St Ives, Harbour Reach is full of character, with charming quirks and occasional slightly wonky beams that reflect its history. It provides the perfect base for couples, friends or small families looking to explore Cornwall, enjoy seaside walks, or simply unwind by the ocean.

Access & Parking
Due to its location in the historic heart of St Ives, the property cannot be accessed directly by car. It is reached via a short 1 minute walk along a cobbled street from the harbour.

There is no on-site parking, but several nearby options are available:

Island Long Stay Car Park – 5-minute walk
Barnoon Long Stay Car Park – 10-minute walk
St Ives Rugby Club – 15–20-minute walk or shuttle bus

Many guests choose to briefly stop at the harbourside to unload luggage before parking.

For those travelling by public transport, the property is approximately a 15-minute walk from the train and bus station, making it a great option for a car-free coastal escape.
