Description

The Balcony 'on the Beach' is a fabulous second floor open plan self catering holiday apartment overlooking St Ives Harbour Beach. The open aspect and balcony have stunning views across the beach and the bay beyond. Seagull House entrance is approximately five metres from the beach slipway.

The entrance to the flat is through the front door of Seagull House and up two flights of stairs. The apartment is ideally located close to the centre as well as all the town beaches.

As you enter the room, the magnificent view is a 'wow' be it summer or winter!
Patio bi-fold doors lead out on to the glass fronted balcony.
The newly fully fitted and well equipped kitchen area has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and freestanding fridge.

The apartment has two bedrooms which are situated off the hall and close to the shower room and separate WC.
One is a double room with a wardrobe and TV; the smaller bedroom has two 2'6" built in single beds. Both rooms are tastefully furnished, in keeping with the essence of St Ives.
