Admiral Cottage has been renovated by its architect owner with 3 double bedrooms, a handsome 4 piece bathroom, outstanding views throughout and only minutes from the harbour and the hustle and bustle of St Ives with a garden ! A real rarity in the centre of St Ives. Thus we welcome a pet with prior knowledge.Situated in the heart of St Ives this property comes fully equipped for any family or group of people. The attic studio bedroom has an almost 360 degree view of St Ives to the island and the Bay. On the middle floor there is a large luxury bathroom, a kitchen with Smeg cooker, dishwasher and all that you may need for a perfect stay. The open plan lounge/dining room is dominated by the breathtaking view of the harbour and ever changing canvas of the waves. The property also has a separate utility room with a washer, where you can dry clothes inside or outside. The garden is sheltered and pretty and faces out towards the Bay. The property is pleasantly quiet for such a central location and is tucked away, only accessible by steps from the main roads.

Lovely quiet family cottage in the centre of St Ives
By Rachael C on 05-Sep-2023Such a lovely cottage to stay in, in the centre of St Ives. The cottage was more than big enough for our family of 5, the views are amazing and it had everything we needed. We loved the bath as well! The cottage is literally steps from Fore St and the harbour which was brilliant, but it was also very quiet and felt tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. Melanie was really helpful even though we were a last minute booking and it was very smooth booking and getting in to the cottage. Thanks for a lovely stay in St Ives!
