Birdsong is in a truly stunning location with 5 bedrooms (one a nursery), 4 bathrooms, games room, garden with ocean views and much much more. We sleep up to 6 adults, 2 children plus an infant and welcome pets with prior notice.This house has something for everyone with a fully equipped games room and wrap around garden which opens onto the South West Coastal Path.
The vast balcony is 50 square meters and has panoramic views of St Ives Bay, plus a smaller sheltered patio onto the garden.
There is parking for 2 cars, and level access with a large open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge. On the lower level there are 7 further rooms. Two double bedrooms with en-suites, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 main bathroom, a nursery, a utility room with a washer and dryer, a games room that has a snooker and table football plus a garden room. The lower level also has access to the large landscaped terraced garden that overlooks the Bay.
So whether you just want to sit and watch the magnificent skies and seas, or visit the award winning blue flag beaches and explore the Coastal path this is the house for you.

By Josh Bower on 12-Jun-2025Thanks for letting us stay at Birdsong. We were lucky with the weather as there was so much sunshine. Our favourite things to do :- 1. surfing at Porthmeor 2. Sennen and Gwenver 3, Swims at Portgwarra 4. Seals at Godrevey 5. Lunch at Cove Cafe 6. walking from Porthcurno to Nanjazal 7. flying kites at Carbis Bay 8. sailing for blow up boat at Hawkes Point and of course sat on teh balcony eating a pasty.

The girls adored the house and loved the garden path down to the beach every day ( even embracing a swim in March waters )! Hours of fun we have had and made memories to last a lifetime.

Birdsong is in a wonderful location, breath taking views, near a supermarket so it was hard to leave the house and explore the area. Though we did! Giant thank you to Melanie for her website suggestions where to go and what to see. Loved it all even though the weather was a bit hit and miss. Beds comfy, showers/ bath was great, enormous utility room so place for surf boards, can't think of anything it lacked, even the dog loved the garden.
