Three Cottages are available: No 1 Barn Cottages, No 3 Barn Cottages & No 4 Barn Cottages

Each Cottage is suitable for two people, all cottages are fully equipped to offer all home from from comforts, they all have one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, (it is possible to include an extra person, cot or fold out bed available) .

The Cottages are set in a Cottage garden, and are surrounded by 4 acres of pastures and a large pond.
Guests are welcome to wander and enjoy the grounds and the many fields and footpaths that surround the property or alternatively enjoy the garden and take time to relax in a peaceful and tranquil location.

The Cottages are in an area which uniquely combines the quiet calm of village life with excellent access to Suffolk's major tourist attractions and the Suffolk Heritage Coast including Minsmere RSPB reserve, Southwold, Thorpness & Aldebugh.
The Local towns of Woodbridge and Bury St Edmunds are also worth a visit.

All of our Cottages are slightly different, but they all have one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
An open plan kitchen/dining area and a comfortable living room with sofa, TV, coffee table. The kitchen/Diner has a table and chairs and is fully equipped.
Each Cottage has patio doors which lead directly into the shared cottage garden.
Outdoor furniture is available for guests together with a BBQ.
Parking is available for one car in front of the cottage.
Cottage No 1 has a king size bed, with the bedroom upstairs.
Cottage No 3 has a double bed, and is single storey.
Cottage No 4 has a Super king bed, and is single storey.

Small Dogs are welcome. No charge for one small dog, but we charge £20 for an extra dog per week.
The prices shown are for the Cottage and includes two people.
Short breaks are available from October - June:
3 Night weekend breaks Friday - Monday
4 Night mid-week breaks Monday - Friday
