Comfortable and modern, it is well equipped with grounds comprising extensive terracing, south-facing sitting-out areas, and exclusive use of an all-weather hard tennis court and an outdoor heated swimming-pool, as well as a variety of garden games – full-size pool table, 14ft trampoline, climbing frame swings slides, table tennis, and croquet.
Perfectly placed for exploring the Cotswolds and its many delights, it is within easy reach of Stratford-upon-Avon. A town brimming with half-timbered buildings, there are many interesting sights associated with Shakespeare to be seen; the Holy Trinity Church, and the Bard’s last resting place, Guild Chapel, Hall’s Croft and New Place all make for interesting visits, as does Royal Shakespeare Theatre and the adjoining Swan Theatre.
New Inn House is also ideal for visiting Cheltenham, cotswolds and the Gustav Holst Museum, Evesham – reputedly Lady Godiva’s site of burial, and Tewkesbury.

By Sara on 27-Jun-2025Very disappointed yhat we have not received a response to our emails regarding our stay in June this year. This property quite clearly states it is wheelchair accessible yet it is not. My disabled Mother was unable to have a shower during our stay and moving around was somewhat difficult causing her to fall over twice. The second fall resulted in us leaving 2 days early. When booking I asked you to confirm that the ground floor bedroom and bathroom were suitable for someone with limited ability. You confirmed that they were. The doorway maybe be wide enough for a wheelchair but what about the big step! Both at the front of the house and to the garden. No ramps provided. Other issues like the wasps nest in the garden directly above the outside eating area. I believe there had been a review left by guest 9 months prior reporting the wasps. The cctv over the swimming pool! No security deposit returned. Just nothing.

By M wal on 22-Oct-2024Holiday Family Visited again a week ago, with now my little boy (almost 1) and extended family members. We had a fab time again in this lovely holiday home. My little boy loved exploring the grounds, playing on the trampoline and park. We enjoyed being able to sit in one lounge with the family and catch up. The hosts again so welcoming and made us feel at home. I'm not quite sure why there are a few negative reviews, as you can see majority of the reviews are 4/5 stars there is a handful of negative comments. By C on 15-Oct-2024We have stayed here several times throughout the years, I would go back to a place I love it ! wonderful hosts, very accommodating and down to earth. The house is very spacious, clean and comforting. The beds are comfortable and always have crisp white sheets on, the bedrooms are a good size and the bathrooms are modern, I especially love the big showers. There is a wide open space outside with a lovely clean pool, a wooden climbing frame and a trampoline so perfect for children to run off all their energy lovely views outside so perfect to watch the sunrise or sunset. If you have any querys or issues the hosts are quick to help you in any way they can. If I could give 10 stars for this Holiday Home I would!
