Description

A wonderfully contemporary architect designed Cotswolds house located in the grounds of the vineyard’s Woodchester site. Perfect for large groups and families the space offers large well proportioned rooms, as well as offering views across the valley and over the vineyard. Four of the six bedrooms can be made up into a twin.

A private hot tub can be arranged for your stay via a trusted third-party provider. This service is subject to availability and an additional fee. Please enquire at the time of booking if you would like to include hot tub hire in your stay. Full hire details and safety instructions will be provided after confirmation. Use of the hot tub is entirely optional and at your own risk.

On the ground floor you will find a welcoming entrance hall with a cloak room and boot room. The large living room and the family room both have a log burner. From the family room, bi-fold oak doors lead to a large kitchen diner, with a table that comfortably seats 12 guests. The dining area has a gas log burner. Off the kitchen there is a pantry and utility room. There are patio doors from the main areas leading out to the large garden and allowing you to appreciate the amazing views across the valley and over the vineyard.
Upstairs, you will find six double bedrooms, four are en-suite. The master bedroom has a dressing room and en-suite with roll top bath and walk in shower. There are double doors leading out on to a balcony. The second bedroom with en – suite has a roll top bath and walk in shower. Bedroom three and four have en-suites, one with a walk in shower the other with a bath (shower over).

The fifth and sixth bedrooms share a family bathroom that offers a walk in shower and a bath. All the bedrooms benefit from views. Four of the bedrooms can be made up into twin rooms if requested (please advise on booking). There is a sofa bed which can sleep an additional two people however please note that this is in the dressing room adjacent to the master bedroom so may not be suitable for all bookings.
Outside you will find a large garden and patio, perfect for alfesco dining. There is parking for up to six cars on site.

THINGS TO NOTE
Bedrooms 1 – 4 are super-king size. Bedrooms 5 & 6 are king size beds. There is a sofa bed which can sleep an additional two people however please note that this is in the dressing room adjacent to the master bedroom so may not be suitable.

We welcome pets although please not in the bedrooms or on the soft furnishings (extra charge of £20 per pet)

No parties and please be inside after 10pm.

3 night minimum. Weekend stays are Friday – Monday.
Mid weeks stays Monday or Tuesday check in.

Check-in: 3:00pm; Checkout: 10am

Security deposit: A fully refundable £500 security deposit will be taken 48 hours before arrival. This will be refunded on departure from the property providing it is left in the condition it was on check-in.

Cleaning fee: A cleaning fee of £250 is added to each booking (included in the price that shows when booking)

Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancelled more than 2 months before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled more than 1 month but less than 2 months before check-in. No refund if cancelled less than 1 month prior to check-in.
