A Little Bit About Studland

Studland has a wonderful 3-mile long sandy beach with dunes and providing safe bathing. It is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a National Nature Reserve and is a gateway to the World Heritage Jurassic coast.

Studland is a quiet unspoilt village with a Village Stores and Post Office, an old Norman Church, a pub, a golf course and a prestigious restaurant at the Pig on the Beach. The National Trust owned Knoll Beach has a Café and a Shop and offers sailing, windsurfing, kayaks, paddle boards and pedaloes for hire. Studland also provides an excellent base for walking along the South West Coast Path and the Purbeck Hills
