Sleeping 8, this comfortable Victorian cottage provides accommodation over 3 floors.On the ground floor is the lounge and beautifully fully fitted kitchen/diner with bi-fold doors to the courtyard.
The first floor has two double bedrooms (one with a king size bed), and two shower rooms with toilets. .
The top floor contains two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two single beds.
Perfectly situated just a few minutes walk to the sandy beach, shops, restaurants and pubs. Sunny courtyard garden with table and seating for 8. No pets/no smoking house.
The house is very centrally located to the town and beach. The house does not have its own parking space but its easy to pull up to unload/load and then to park in residential roads nearby.

A wonderful place to stay

The house is in the perfect location for a wonderful week in Swange and the house is clean and very comfortable with all the things one could need! Kim is excellent to deal with and is always so helpful. We just love coming here with our family and have created wonderful memories each year! This house is a true hidden jem!

Perfect Base for Swanage - beautifully clean and well appointed house
By Andrew on 28-May-2022Alisande Cottage is perfectly placed to access the sea front and town. The house is well equipped with everything needed. The lounge is comfy with games for the kids and a smart TV. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, plates, and cutlery. You can eat in the dining room or out on the patio, The bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds and good fresh linen - also lots of wardrobe space. The 2 bathrooms make it easy to get a full complement of visitors ready for a day at the beach or one of many nearby attractions. Highly recommended!
