Description
“Dolphins” is a spacious and comfortable two bedroom, purpose built ground floor flat, in a block of just four apartments.Perfectly positioned in a quite road in one of Dorsets designated areas of outstanding natural beauty, with sea views.
Short walks down to Swanage town, blue flag beach and the steam train, or across to Peveril Point and the Downs Nature Reserve and up to Durlston Country Park, Victorian castle and the lighthouse.
Managed and maintained by the owners to a high standard, to ensure you have a pleasant, comfortable and relaxing stay in beautiful Swanage.
Available to stay throughout the year, minimum of three nights, (minimum of two nights November to February), 1 to 6* guests.
BEDROOMS -
Two large bedrooms.
Bedroom 01 has a double bed, and has views across the garden to Swanage Bay, Ballard Down and also over to Old Harry Rocks.
Bedroom 02 has a double bed and also a single bed, and looks out into the courtyard.
There is an option of a Mothercare travel cot available on request.
Additionally, there is a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge.
KITCHEN -
Separate fully equipped kitchen for all your self catering needs. Includes washing machine, dish washer, fridge freezer, cooker and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster.
BATHROOM -
Newly fitted bathroom, with WC, large bath with a shower over it, heated towel rail and illuminated wall mirror. There is also a separate second WC.
LOUNGE -
Lounge with large patio sliding door out onto a patio and garden.
Smart 40 inch TV, 3 seater sofa, single sofa chair, double sofa bed, padded foot stool and dining table and six chairs.
Views of Swanage bay, Ballard Down and also across to Old Harry Rocks from the lounge and patio/garden.
PARKING -
Free allocated undercover parking for one car, plus plenty of free street parking in close proximity to the apartment.

*Prices listed are for up to four guests. This apartment can sleep up to six guests, add £20.00 per additional person per night.

WiFi installed - Superfast fibre.
Courtyard with clothes line.
Please bring your own hand and bath towels, tea towels are provided.
Duvets and pillows are provided on request, bring your own sheet(s) and cover(s).
Alternatively, we can provide towels and/or provide bed linen and make up the bed(s) for you at an additional cost.

By Kevin on 17-Sep-2024We arrived a little early for our stay, so we contacted Kevin who allowed us to enter his property an hour & a half earlier which was a great help to us. He showed us around, explained everything we may have needed to know, & told us to contact him if we needed anything else. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the bedding was lovely & v comfortable. There were clear instructions in the information folder for the apartment. All in all a great experience as this was our first time. We hope to visit Swanage again in the future, & would definitely contact Kevin.

"Fantastic Apartment"

We enjoyed sitting on the patio and small garden area with views of Swanage bay. Kevin met us in the parking area upon arrival and showed us down the stairs to the apartment. He was very welcoming and showed us where everything was.

The walk up the hill from town is steep but as others have said, the park route is a little more gentle and the views are worth the effort! A very comfortable stay and a great base for walking and exploring the area.
