Description
A spacious and comfortable two bedroom, purpose built ground floor flat, in a block of just four apartments.Perfectly positioned in a quite road in one of Dorsets designated areas of outstanding natural beauty, with sea views.
Short walks down to Swanage town, blue flag beach and the steam train, or across to Peveril Point and the Downs Nature Reserve and up to Durlston Country Park, Victorian castle and the lighthouse.
Managed and maintained by the owners to a high standard, to ensure you have a pleasant, comfortable and relaxing stay in beautiful Swanage.
Suitable for families but equally as popular with couples.

BEDROOMS -
Two large bedrooms.
Bedroom 01 has a double bed, and has views across the garden to Swanage Bay, Ballard Down and also over to Old Harry Rocks.
Bedroom 02 has a double bed and also a single bed, and looks out into the courtyard.
MORE BEDS -
Additionally, there is a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge.
There is an option of a Mothercare travel cot available on request.
KITCHEN -
Separate fully equipped kitchen for all your self catering needs. Includes washing machine, dish washer, fridge freezer, cooker and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster.
BATHROOM -
Newly fitted modern bathroom with wash basin, WC, large bath with a shower over it, tall heated towel rail and illuminated wall mirror.
There is also a separate second WC.
LOUNGE -
Lounge with large patio sliding door out onto a patio and garden.
Smart 40 inch TV, 3 seater sofa, single sofa chair, double sofa bed, padded foot stool and dining table and six chairs.
Views of Swanage bay, Ballard Down and also across to Old Harry Rocks from the lounge and patio/garden.
BED LINEN/TOWELS -
Duvets and pillows are provided.
We can provide bed linen and make the bed(s) up for you and provide towels at an additional cost.
Tea towels and a bath mat are provided..
PARKING -
Free allocated undercover parking for one car, plus plenty of free street parking in close proximity to the apartment.
ACCESS -
Although the apartment is on the ground floor, the parking area at the rear is at a higher level.. You will need to walk down an internal stairway from the parking area to the apartment.

Bathroom and kitchen were modern, and everything in the flat was clean and cosy. Great heating too! Thanks for a great few days, despite the terrible English weather
"The View of the Sea was Great"

Kevin was a perfect host with great communication and clearly has thought carefully about how to make people’s stays easy and comfortable from booking to check out. Highly recommend and would love to stay again sometime.

"Great Location for Town and Coastal Walking"
By Nina on 27-Dec-2025We had a great Christmas break loved the tree being up on our arrival. No complaints it was just 5 star, from gifts to communication. Our best stay so far for kitchen equipment so easy to cook. Even choices of mug size and wine glasses, fridge freezer and dish washer. Clean and comfortable, great location for town and coastal walking. Fab coastal views from the garden. We all agreed we would come back .

By Helen on 27-Oct-2025This was our second stay at Kevin’s flat. Once again, we had a fabulous stay and everything we needed. The flat was lovely and cozy and my son enjoyed the selection of board games provided. Kevin is an excellent host and we look forward to staying again!
"Very Well Looked After and Very Clean"
By Anthony on 29-Sep-2025Great place to stay and was value for money. Would have been great value for money if there had been 4 of us. The flat is very well looked after and very clean. A well equipped kitchen for those that want to cook themselves. There is a very comprehensive guide in the flat that is worth reading if you don’t know the area. Kevin was a great host and communicated well and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is great for walking into town and getting to the beach. If you are not an active person be careful of the hill. The are some great places to eat, The Pig at the Beach near Studland for something more pricey, the Salt Pig in town for a light meal and the Italian Bakery for great coffee and some amazing bread and cakes. We walked beyond Durlston which was beautiful and also got the steam train to Corfe Castle, had Sunday roast at The Greyhound and walked back along 9 Barrow Down (beautiful). All in all would definitely stay again.
