''Pebbles'' is a cosy one bedroom self catering holiday home, situated on the ground floor of a lovely victorian terrace.

Newly available this spring having just been renovated and freshly decorated with new flooring, bedroom carpet and bathroom suite.

Beautifully presented with Victorian period features including high ceilings, picture rails, chandelier, double glazed sash windows and victorian style bathroom suite.

Perfectly positioned in a quite road in one of Dorset's designated areas of outstanding natural beauty, with glimpses of the sea and bay.

Short walks down to Swanage town, blue flag beach and the steam train, or across to Peveril Point and the Downs Nature Reserve and up to Durlston Country Park, Victorian castle and the lighthouse.

Managed and maintained by the owners to a high standard, to ensure you have a pleasant, comfortable and relaxing stay in beautiful Swanage.

Available all year - minimum stay 3 nights (minimum stay 2 nights November to February).

Suitable for one or two people/couples.

Fully equipped kitchen for all your self catering needs. Includes washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Paid use of a tumble dryer available by prior arrangement.

Dining area with table and four chairs.

Bathroom with sink, WC, large bath with a shower over it and bathroom heater.

LOUNGE -

Comfortable lounge area overlooking the front garden with smart 32 inch TV, two 2 seater sofas and coffee table.

Some views of the sea, Swanage bay and Ballard Down.

BEDROOM -

Double bedroom overlooking the sunny rear courtyard. Includes carpeted floor, double bed with side tables and lamps, large clothes rail, chest of drawers and vanity mirror, hairdryer.

PARKING -

There is a small area at the rear of the building with limited parking. There is also plenty of free street parking in close proximity to the apartment.

ALSO -

Electric radiators/heaters throughout.

WiFi installed - Superfast fibre

Use of the sunny rear courtyard with garden table and chairs.

We will make the bed up for you.

Hand and bath towels are provided.

"Clean, Tidy and Well Maintained"

"Pebbles" is clean, tidy and well maintained. Cosy and comfortable, with everything you need for your stay. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits on arrival was greatly appreciated. The town and beach is only a short walk away, as long as you don't mind an up hill walk back home. If you have a rainy day, I can recommend The Tank Museum at Bovington, well worth a visit. Swanage is a good base for cycling around the Isle of Purbeck. I would happily stay at Pebbles again. Thank you Kevin.

"Moments from the Sea, Bars and Restaurants"

Cosy, comfortable stay at The Pebbles. Well equipped, full of character. A real home from home! On a steep hill, so distant views of the sea and beach (hint: use Seymer Road for an easier walk up!) Moments from the sea, and bars and restaurants, yet very quiet! Thank you Kevin for your quick responses and sharing your holiday home!

Flat was clean, comfortable and in a great location, the perfect base for exploring the area. We walked everywhere and didn’t use the car until we drove home. Thank you Kevin, we’ve had a wonderful stay.

Kevin’s place is in a great location, walkable to town center, a bit up hill though. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The bed is also very comfortable. We had a very good stay.

This is a lovely comfortable flat. There was adequate heating, being there in December, plenty hot water, comfortable lounge, lovely and light with large bay window. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped enabling me to prepare all my meals. The flat was spotlessly clean. It's in a very good location, only a few minutes walk into the town centre and the beach; bit of a hill to climb on the way back, but quite manageable. I used it as a base for walking, going to Studland Bay beach, Durlston Country Park and the hosts gave me directions to get onto The Priest Way to the very well known Square and Compass Pub. Kevin and his wife were very friendly, quick to respond and very helpful. Additionally they accommodated an earlier check in for me, which was really helpful. I had a lovely stay.

"Really Comfortable Place"

Kevin’s flat is very well maintained and equipped. He greeted us, explained the adequate parking and left tea coffee milk and chocolate shortbread on arrival. It is near the top of a steep hill - about 6 minutes walk up from the pier - the coastal views are beautiful. Swanage felt a welcoming place with good opportunities for hilly walks, boat, train and bus trips to enjoy the Jurassic coast. We had a car problem and Kevin recommended an excellent local garage where the mechanic was extremely helpful. We recommend ‘Pebbles’ as a really comfortable place for one or two to stay.
