Modern and well appointed with comfy furniture with two three seater sofas and 2 easy chairs in the living area . There are two large bean bags and a large dining table seating up to 8 people. There are super comfy beds with luxury hotel style linens and towels included.
Swanage is a family holiday paradise with great safe beaches , easy access to the coastal path and hills for walking , lots of eating options . The steam railway is also a great attraction . Nearby Corfe Castle , Lulworth Cove , Durdle door , Poole and Bournemouth and also Weymouth and Dorchester make for accessible day trips . Nearby Kimmeridge is renowned for fossils . Studland village and beach are a short drive away . The area is good for paddle boarding in the safe bays . Diving is very popular off the pier to local wrecks .
Open plan lounge kitchen and diner . 3 bedrooms , master en suite with second television and easy chair , family bathroom and utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven , combi microwave , fridge/freezer ,dishwasher , bean to cup coffee maker , kettle and toaster and everything you will need for cooking up a storm or some lovely crockery to enjoy your take away from. Main bathroom has a bath and shower . En suite has a shower only . Showers have rain heads . Hair dryer and several usb charging plugs . Sky TV with Netflix , Wi-Fi .

Perfect in every way

There were little bits like coffee, tea bags, milk , biscuits and alot more to help us settle in. We were very grateful. The owner was very kind and understanding. Thank you so much. We would go back in a heart beat.
