A light and airy 4 bedroom Town House with contemporary decor only 2 minutes walk from Swanage’s Blue Flag sandy beach and just 70 metres from the South West coastal footpath, The White House is ideal for two families, one large family, four couples or a group of friends. With a large enclosed south facing patio, great kitchen/dining room, lounge with a wood-burning stove it is a house for all seasons. In addition, one well behaved dog is welcome!The White House has four large double bedrooms (one King size bed, and three twins, with an option to have one or two made up as superkings), three bathrooms ( 2 ensuite), a large kitchen/dining room seating 10, a comfortable lounge, utility room and large entrance hall for buckets/spades and walking boots, making this a real holiday home. The house has BT infinity wifi, plus off-road parking for two cars as well as additional on-street parking and an EV charger. The location provides easy access to beach bars, water sports, an indoor gym, restaurants and a pub, all within a few minutes walk from the house, and is just a half mile walk along the beach to Swanage town centre. Please note the house is on 3 floors, ideal for 2 families to have a floor each with 2 bedrooms and 1 or 2 bathrooms on each. There is no downstairs loo but 3 upstairs!
We operate a Friday changeover for weekly stays, or Friday to Monday/Tuesday for short weekend breaks.

By Tony on 31-Oct-2025White House is very close to beachfront, amenities and town centre is only 10 minutes walk away. We were Party of 7 and it still didn’t feel crowded as big kitchen, huge hallway and cozy lounge. Bedrooms clean and spacious and lounge has a log burner that works very well. Everything worked as expected and we can highly recommend The White House.
Perfect location

The house was perfect for us, just as hort walk to the beach and close enough to wander into the town. The house is lovely and clean and very well equipped. We certainly recommend and woudl stay here again.
Wonderful Week
By Susan Boud on 11-Jul-2025The White House is a brilliant holiday home for our group, which was two couples and a family with one child. The house is spacious and really well equipped. We had lovely weather for our stay and enjoyed eating together around the courtyard table, as well as making use of the barbecue. It is very rare to find the following useful items which are provided in this house; an electric whisk, a blender, a steamer pan and a salad spinner! Very useful. There are also some beach items. The black body board was a plus for 8 year old Maks, We accidentally left behind our two folding camping chairs so I guess people can use those too! The house is in a good location, a short walk to the quieter end of the beach, and a lovely walk along the promenade to the shops and pier. Beds were all comfortable. Plenty of games in the lounge which we didn't need as the weather was so good. Highly recommended. Sian is a lovely host.
Exceptional home
By Claire and family on 13-Jun-2025The White House is a spacious beautiful home, its simple understated decor is clean comfortable and a pleasure to be in it allowed our large mix up of a family to be together while also have space to escape each other when needed!! It’s so well situated to get to all Swanage has to offer. On a personal level Sian was kind and understanding at a extremely difficult time and helped us get to have our time together that we needed so so badly, we hope to spend many more holidays at this beautiful home.
Lovely stay

The house had lots of amenities and the kitchen is well equipped, and we loved that it was really close to the beach. Thank you for having us!
