Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wifi included. Travel cot, highchair and fireguard. Grounds with courtyard, sitting out area and garden furniture. Electric car charging point, at cost (by prior arrangement with the owner). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.
