Description
Tilbury View is set on one level, with an en suite super king size bedroom and an open plan living dining area with lofty ceiling, with stunning views of our property and Taunton Vale beyond.Recline on the generous L-shaped comfy sofa and enjoy our selection of DVDs, books, board games and puzzles. Oak floors, exposed beams and antique pieces add to the period charm.
The cottage has free wifi.
Central heating from our environmentally friendly biomass boiler ensures a warm, cosy and inviting space.
The kitchen and dining area is finished to a high standard. Beautifully hand painted hardwood cupboards topped with oak and granite surfaces. There’s a fridge and freezer, an electric hob and oven. We provide all your essentials for washing up, bin bags etc. We also provide plenty of storage, cutlery, crockery and pans.
We also welcome guests with a breakfast hamper from our local farm shop upon arrival including local milk, bread, bacon and fruit juice. A laundry is available with separate washing machine and dryer for your use.
We believe a comfortable bed and a good night’s rest is the key to a successful holiday and that your mattress should be as good, if not better, than your one at home.
Tilbury View therefore has a beautiful wrought iron super king size bed with a top quality mattress together with a 6 foot 6 inch woollen mattress topper and a Devon wool duvet.
Woollen blankets and cotton sheets provide a luxurious feel and ensure a good night’s sleep.
Our bathrooms are modern, warm and inviting with a heated towel rail, fluffy towels, luxury toiletries and a full sized bath.
Invigorate in a generously sized walk in shower or enjoy a relaxing hot soak in a full size bath. Our environmentally friendly wood pellet biomass boiler ensures there is a continuous supply of hot water.

Cosy comfy apartment style accommodation in a beautiful setting.. I will be back and hope for good weather to be able to enjoy the area up in the hills.. it’s stunning.
