The Tilbury Treehouse was completely magical
By Amy on 19-Oct-2025The Tilbury Treehouse was completely magical. Beautiful setting, beautiful treehouse, everything very well thought through. There are three deck spaces- one for lounging and viewing the amazing landscape, one for dining and having an alfresco bath, and one down below with the hot tub and fire bowl. My kids were immediately impressed by how magical the scenery was and how cool the cabin in the trees was. They loved how cosy the bunk beds were and how beautiful the bathroom is. They loved everything about it.
really well designed space, spotlessly clean
By Anthony on 10-Oct-2025We had the most fantastic stay at the Treehouse this past weekend. The property itself is beautiful. A really well designed space, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is clear that the owners have really gone the extra mile and thought of everything, from the fresh local food hamper, to the bags of logs provided for the hot tub and fires. This was definitely a league above your usual air b n b type place. We only stayed for two nights so didn't get to explore the area much, so we'll have to return some time in the future. Honestly could fault the place !!
The treehouse was such an amazing experience
By Izzy on 29-Aug-2025The treehouse was such an amazing experience, we were all very impressed! We had everything we could wish for and the space feels super luxurious but not excessive - it really strikes a perfect balance. There are shepherd huts dotted about the farm but everyone has plenty of space and you don't see them from your lot, it's planned very well. The beds were super comfortable, the breakfast hamper was perfect and we LOVED the hot tub. The hosts gave you space whilst making sure we had everything we needed. It really was perfect
What a beautiful place to stop!
By Marrianne on 11-Aug-2025What a beautiful place to stop! Me and the family had a lovely time here, the sun set right infront of the balcony. The sound of the birds and the site of the wild rabbits made this stay even more magical for us. Matt and Jenny informed us well upon arrival of local amenities and functions within the tree house.
The treehouse is magical
By Kayla on 27-Oct-2025The treehouse is magical. Set beautifully next to a gorgeous ancient beech tree. The grounds feel secluded and private but also have the most incredible far reaching views. We had everything we needed, including beautiful blankets, fully thought out kitchen, lovely linens and comfortable bed and pillows. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was very welcome. We enjoyed the copper bath on the balcony - this was a highlight enjoying a deep soak immersed in nature. Our 8 year old daughter loved the bunk bed and fire pit for marshmallows. We would absolutely stay again. I think a few battery/chargeable lamps would be an excellent addition so that we might enjoy dinner outside with some good lighting as it’s getting dark. Next time we will most certainly bring torches (as was recommended by the host) as it’s very dark when walking from the treehouse to the fire pit/hot tub in the evening. P.S - absolutely blown away by the architecture of the treehouse. The structure itself is seriously impressive. Well done to the hosts for creating such a wonderful little home on legs. We loved every moment.
loved the wood fired jacuzzi
By Adam on 25-Jul-2025We had a fantastic stay at Tilbury Treehouse and were amazed to be only the second guests. Everything has been really well thought through and beautifully finished, with lots of little touches that made it feel special. Matt, the host, was friendly and helpful throughout. We especially loved the wood fired jacuzzi and the generous breakfast hamper. Our children were thrilled with the bunk beds and loved the adventure of staying in a treehouse. The location is incredibly peaceful and a perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable escape.
