Left on May 30, 2017 for a stay in May 2017 This is indeed a fabulous lodge. Every comfort has been thought of , stylish decor and extremely well equipped. The view from the large terrace is wonderful and the outdoor furniture is very comfortable. Plenty to do if it rains, lots of DVDs and games. Lovely cream tea on arrival and biscuits for our dog!! Tracy has thought of everything to make our stay most enjoyable. This review is the subjective opinion of a TripAdvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
Left on Jun 3, 2017 for a stay in Jun 2017 My husband booked a lodge for us at Cedar Lodge Park for a family holiday, despite it being half term the price was very reasonable. The owner, Tracy, sent us all the information in good time. When we arrived we were greeted with what can only be described as luxury accommodation; the lodge was beautiful! To welcome us there was a cream tea laid out for us and some biscuits for our dog and we enjoyed this on our first evening. The lodge had everything you could possibly need and more. All the essentials and lots after added extras; a selection of DVD's, puzzles, games, books, lots of storage space and copious amounts of quirk. The view from the lodge was exquisite and early mornings on the decking with a cup of tea were heavenly. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean and homely. The lodge is only a short drive or slightly longer walk from Tavistock, a lovely town with even lovelier people. Most places we visited were not only dog friendly but dog lovers and this played a major part in the enjoyment of the holiday. The biggest draw of the holiday was that we could take our dog with us and the lodge park and the surrounding area were perfect, our pooch enjoyed the holiday as much as we did. We would highly recommend to dog lovers and also those without furry friends... Absolutely amazing! This review is the subjective opinion of a TripAdvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
