Leave ReviewBrilliant place for a long walking weekend.
By Neil and Sara Othen on 05-Aug-2024A brilliant place for a long walking weekend. Jeanette has great local knowledge and made us feel right at home. The location is close to walking on the moor and a short drive to Tavistock. Highly recommended!
Amazing stay
By Eva Spanselee on 08-Jul-2024We had an amazing stay in the cosy cottage. The location was great, it was very beautiful and many great walks in the area. Jeanette left us a lot of info about the area. We also loved the enclosed garden for our dog. We had a wonderful time.
Beautiful location for Brentor Church where we were getting married.
By Sarah Band on 24-Jun-2024Beautiful location for Brentor Church where we were getting married. Garden set up to have breakfast and very peaceful and private location. We had a lovely afternoon tea waiting on our arrival. They went above and beyond and even took some lovely photos of us and our guests on the way down from the church!
Lovely peaceful place for a Dartmoor break
By Luke Fisher on 31-May-2024Jeanette’s cottage is a lovely place for a Dartmoor break. Peaceful surroundings, with a cottage that has everything you need. The cottage itself is cosy and has a nice garden. Strongly recommended for anyone with a dog. Jeanette met us on arrival and explained everything clearly.
Beautiful spot with great views
By Denise Pozorski on 19-May-2024This is a beautiful spot with great views and a super enclosed garden perfect for dogs. Jeanette and Roger are very friendly but not at all intrusive. They were on hand for local information and happy to chat. The homemade cream tea on arrival was super. On the one day that it rained constantly we were very cosy by the log fire.
