The perfect home.
By Steven Lancaster on 09-Aug-2025The perfect home is the best way we can describe it, we stayed for a week and I wish it could have been alot longer. The location is what we couldn't have wished for better your 10 mins from a beach and within an hour of most destinations most people think of cornwall. But for us it was just a relaxing holiday that we needed on the edge of a country park for walks and close to get food and drink whatever you wanted. Angela and Paul are the most amazing hosts, we didnt want for anything but if we did im sure they would have been able to produce. Thank you ! We will be back we already miss our morning coffee with the birds in the garden.
Lavender Cottage

Park and ride was easy from St Erth Station and train to St Ives. This is not an ordinary holiday let.There is love and time put into this that you don't always see nowadays. Thanks so much.

We were especially enchanted by the garden where care and devotion bloom in every corner.Angela and Paul welcomed us with such warmth making us feel at home the minute we arrived and our dogs felt just as delighted. Part of us wants to keep this hidden gem to ourselves if only to ensure its always there when we long to return.
