Description
New to Simply Owners - Holm Oak is our holiday home in Tenby. It is an extremely comfortable, well appointed , detached house located a 15min walk to the town and beaches of Tenby via a footpath/cycleway.We are equidistant Tenby Saundersfoot by car, around 5minsThere is an outdoor pool available during the summer months (heated) access to which is via lockable gates. The large permanently sited hot tub is available for your stay at an extra cost. Dogs allowed charged at £5 per night per dog. There is an outdoor dining area and lawn. WiFi signal is good throughout. The family room has toys, dvds and games. Travel cot and high chairs available.
The space
A lovely place summer and winter for a relaxing break. Holm Oak is situated along a no through road and just a 15 min traffic free walk into Tenby. It is a very spacious house with kitchen/ breakfast room, dining room, sitting room, sun room and a family room. You can see the sea from all the bedrooms and upstairs balcony which is accessible from two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a super king bed and en suite with a shower , bedroom 2 has a king size bed and is also en-suite shower. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share the family bath/shower room. There is a lawned area and an outside dining table area. There is a BBQ which can be used but must be left clean. The swimming pool is located behind a lockable gate and is heated May - early September. A hot tub can be hired if requested at an extra charge.

2night minimum stay except 7n minimum peak summer in general.

Fabulous family home
By Christine on 28-Nov-2024I’ve stayed at this property three times; once with siblings, once with children and grandchild and once with girlfriends. It fits every occasion. Also dog friendly and a truly secure garden. Perfect location, quiet but not isolated. Definitely going back.
Perfect get away
By Jemma on 06-Sep-2024We booked this as a suprise for my mums 65th birthday. It was just perfect. Beautiful house and garden with great size pool + hot tub. Unfortunately we didn’t have the weather but perfect area for a bbq. Every room was so comfortable, 4 double bedrooms + a large living room space. There was also a large kitchen diner area + separate dining room so great for an occasion/celebration. To finish off this review I would like to say a huge thanks for the lovely owners. The communication was great + nothing was too much trouble. I can’t recommend this property enough + will definitely be visiting again soon.
