Description
Overlooking the North Beach and the picturesque harbour the house is a short 2 minute walk onto any one of the three beautiful blue flag beaches of Tenby or a short 20 steps into the town itself. Tenby is a wonderful holiday destination and caters to all types: Family beach holidays, coastal walkers, surfers, Iron-Man athletes, mountain bikers.With six bedrooms and four bathrooms, Whistler House has been refurbished to cater well to family get-togethers, Christmas get-aways or multiple family holidays - there's space for all. It has wifi availability throughout as well as all the amenities expected from a house with a high specification. Our kitchen is aimed at being both flexible and capable of catering easily for up to 16 guests.
Out on the garden patio you can enjoy barbecues and large group meals or just sit back and watch sea and harbour life pass you by.
We bought Whistler House because we literally fell in love with the sea and harbour views from the garden - it helped that there is a strong rumour that Henry Tudor escaped to the Continent if not from our house then possibly from the tunnels lying underneath the cliff on which we stand.
Tenby wins many awards as a tourist destination and Whistler House overlooks the Blue Flag North Beach as well as the beautiful and still working harbour from which you can take fishing and tour trips.

Amazing location
By Nick Wright on 15-Feb-2026This place is the perfect location for walks to the pubs, Town and beach, You couldn't ask for a better spot. The views from the master bedroom are breath taking. We went in February so the weather wasn't the best however the terrace would be stunning in the sunshine. We were a party of 13 and the house worked perfect for us, Bathrooms were clean, Showers were great, The kitchen was brilliant, we cooked every night as there were to many of us to go out and eat and the kitchen had everything we needed and more . I would defiantly book again, The host was fantastic and check in and check out were spot on. 5 stars all round
Perfect location for a group getaway
By Emma on 06-Feb-2026We stayed at the property with a large group and the house and location were perfect for our needs. Communication with the hosts has been excellent. The house was very clean, with super soft beds and had everything we needed for a weekend away.

Perfect property for a big family holiday
By Sheila on 23-Aug-2025We were delighted with Whistler house. We visited with our 3 grown up children, partners and 7 grandchildren. We found the house lovely and clean and perfect for our group of 15. The living space gave us plenty or room to all sit or eat together but was flexible too- providing different areas for small groups to sit and catch up. The bedrooms were spacious and enabled flexible sleeping arrangements for everyone and plenty of bathrooms made life easy after days at the beach with the children. The kitchen was excellent- so well equipped for a big group-even had 2 kettles! Location minutes away from shops but quiet. But the best bit was the amazing large patio with loads of seating for everyone-overlooking the harbour and North beach. That view!- unbeatable.! Communication with Alison and Dave was excellent from the initial booking to prompt responses to our numerous questions. We’re looking forward to our next visit to beautiful Tenby!
This house is in the most perfect location !
By Jane C on 17-Aug-2025We had a wonderful time in this fabulous and relaxed holiday house in Tenby , which catered beautifully for all generations. You do leave your car after unloading (parking £30 / £35 a week but fairly easy ) after this you really don’t need a car as the house is right in the centre of Tenby’s, close to beach, shops etc. great for people to come and go easily. One of the pan draws had broken but quickly fixed by a handyman who came at our convenience. If you love sea views ( they are more stunning than the photos ) and need a central house for. large group this is perfect.
Amazing large house overlooking the sea
By Teresa Feven on 02-Aug-2025Whistler house was wonderful. Exactly as the description we had been given The hosts were helpful with questions we had about the pedestrian permit and parking places. The views from the terrace overlooking the beach were just unbeatable. Perfect for that early morning coffee and watching the sunset. Blankets provided too as a bonus. All bedrooms were a great size and comfortable beds.
