Having stayed in many properties in Tenby over the years this has been the best for location fantastic views would love to stay there again.
We were delighted with Whistler house. We visited with our 3 grown up children, partners and 7 grandchildren. We found the house lovely and clean and perfect for our group of 15. The living space gave us plenty or room to all sit or eat together but was flexible too- providing different areas for small groups to sit and catch up. The bedrooms were spacious and enabled flexible sleeping arrangements for everyone and plenty of bathrooms made life easy after days at the beach with the children. The kitchen was excellent- so well equipped for a big group-even had 2 kettles! Location minutes away from shops but quiet. But the best bit was the amazing large patio with loads of seating for everyone-overlooking the harbour and North beach. That view!- unbeatable.! Communication with Alison and Dave was excellent from the initial booking to prompt responses to our numerous questions. We’re looking forward to our next visit to beautiful Tenby!
We had a wonderful time in this fabulous and relaxed holiday house in Tenby , which catered beautifully for all generations. You do leave your car after unloading (parking £30 / £35 a week but fairly easy ) after this you really don’t need a car as the house is right in the centre of Tenby’s, close to beach, shops etc. great for people to come and go easily. One of the pan draws had broken but quickly fixed by a handyman who came at our convenience. If you love sea views ( they are more stunning than the photos ) and need a central house for. large group this is perfect.
Whistler house was wonderful. Exactly as the description we had been given The hosts were helpful with questions we had about the pedestrian permit and parking places. The views from the terrace overlooking the beach were just unbeatable. Perfect for that early morning coffee and watching the sunset. Blankets provided too as a bonus. All bedrooms were a great size and comfortable beds.
Second stay at this beautiful property, the views are amazing and the property is well equipped .The owners are very friendly and helpful.We have booked again for next year
Whistler House is a lovely home from home with the most stunning garden in Tenby. There is no better place to be than sitting outside losing your thoughts looking out at that view. I would be quite happy doing nothing else while there. The house itself is spacious and homely. It has everything you could need for a family stay. It’s location is fantastic, whether it’s popping across the alley to Greggs to get breakfast to bring back, walking down to the beach and harbour , having a browse around the lovely shops or going to the pub for a pint or some food you are spoilt for choice. Alison and Dave are a pleasure to communicate with and always respond quickly. It’s difficult to leave and I always want to make plans to go back. We try to go to Tenby every year as it’s my happy place and now we’ve been to Whistler House it will be hard staying anywhere else!
