Pretty dog friendly cottage in the heart of Tenby in easy, flat walking distance to town centre and its award winning beaches.

Ideal for any time of year, this popular cottage sleeps up to six adults in four beds plus an infant in a cot.

The two parking spaces and lockable garage for storage of bikes, paddle boards etc to the rear are accessed from the road via a barrier controlled private car park with CCTV. (The car park has a 2.5m height barrier so please make sure your vehicle will fit!)

After parking your car in one of the two reserved spaces in the private car park at the rear of the cottage, you will open a wooden gate into the fully enclosed rear garden. Walking past the large paved area, brick barbecue, wooden picnic bench, washing line and raised flower bed with mature fruit trees and shrubs you will come to the back door of the cottage.

Through this door you will find a fully tiled and well equipped kitchen including a full height integrated fridge freezer, a full sized dishwasher, a washing machine, an electric oven with gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, plenty of cutlery, crockery and glasses, pots and pans and lots of storage.

The tiled hallway leads from the kitchen to the front door with doors to both the dining and sitting rooms, the stairs to the first floor and an under stairs cupboard containing a washing basket, vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, dustpan and brush, clothes airer, highchair, stairgate and ironing board.

In the tiled dining room you will find a good sized dining table and six chairs, a corner lamp for times when you want more subdued lighting, and a dresser containing a selection of books and games suitable for all ages. This room also has a pair of large French doors leading to the fully enclosed, paved back garden with mature fruit trees.

The cosy sitting room is accessed from the dining room via a pair of glazed doors as well as being separately accessible from the hall.
Seating is provided by a pair of comfy leather sofas and an upholstered easy chair. In this room you’ll also find another standard lamp, a large SMART tv with Freeview, a DVD player and a Bluetooth soundbar. There is also is an HDMI extension lead to make connecting your Playstation, Switch etc or Firestick easier.

Outside at the front of the cottage, accessible either by the gate from the street or the front door of the property, is a fully enclosed garden, decoratively planted with a variety of bulbs and shrubs.

Back in the cottage, after climbing the carpeted stairs in the hall, you will come to a half landing off which, to the left, are the bathrooms.

Both bathrooms are fully tiled and have showers. The main bathroom also has a full sized bath and illuminated mirrors over twin wash basins.

To the right of the half landing are the three bright and airy bedrooms.

Each bedroom has individual reading lights, thermal blackout curtains, a full height wardrobe and drawers for storage. They also have USB points for charging phones and tablets, and a hairdryer.

We can provide a travel cot, hIghchair and / or booster seat on request and free of charge. Please note: we do not provide bedding for the cot.

Several award winning beaches are within a few minutes walk where a variety of water sports are available.

For hikers, the Pembrokeshire coastal path with its stunning views is easily accessible.

During July and August Tenby's pedestrianised main street offers a range of mainstream and quirky shops, café culture along with regular street markets and entertainers. Francis Cottage is situated outside the pedestrianised area so is always accessible by car.

Included in the cost of your rental are: bedding and towels for each guest - one bath sheet and one hand towel per guest, all electricity and gas, two toilet rolls per bathroom, washing up liquid, dishcloth and scoured plus 2 tea towels.

After seven nights we will provide a change of bed linen and towels if required..

PLEASE NOTE
- From the beginning of July to the end of September we only take bookings for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday
- We do not rent to stag or hen parties
- Early check in or late check out may be available but only when agreed in advance with us after consultation with our cleaning team
- There is a £150 'good housekeeping' deposit payable with your booking which will normally be refunded by online bank transfer within 7 days of the end of your visit provided that the property is left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition, has not been damaged and nothing is missing. If any guests smoke in the property we will retain your deposit in full.
- Short breaks are available outside of high season and special rates may also be available on last minute bookings and for longer stays in the winter months. Where the minimum stay is for seven nights the changeover day is Saturday, otherwise it is flexible.
