Lovely place to stay while on holiday in Tenby with the kids during half term. Very comfortable and spacious cottage with everything you need to make it a comfortable stay. Very close to town, and within a few minutes walk and also the same distance to the beach or harbour. We would definitely stay here again
Great Location And Very Clean
By Robert E on 09-Sep-2017
This cottage is in a great location - right next to the town and the beaches. The garden is a treat and we enjoyed a number of BBQs whilst we were there. 3 car parking spaces is a real bonus. The cottage is very clean, with ample space for 3 adults and a baby. Highly recommend this cottage!
Fantastic Place To Stay!
By Sally D on 06-Jul-2017
We had a lovely weeks stay at Francis Cottage during June 2017. The cottage was perfect for us. 1 double room and 2 twin rooms accommodated myself and my husband, my parents and my toddler. There's both a bathroom and shower room on the first floor so really handy if there's afew of you staying. The kitchen is a lovely size and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Comfy living room to rest after a full day at the beach. We loved this place because it is so close to everything. One beach literally 5 mins walk and the other beach another 5 mins further. Shops, restaurants, bars and pubs literally 5 minute walk away too. Another major bonus for us was the parking. We travelled with 2 cars and having allocated, secure parking literally behind the cottage was fantastic. When we return to Tenby, Francis Cottage will be our 'go to' accommodation and we would definately recommend it to others.

Ideal Property And Location
By Jane H on 10-Apr-2017
Francis Cottage is in an ideal location, just outside the town walls, so it is quieter than in the centre, but only a couple of minutes walk to the seafront and the main area of town, and best of all, it has a private, secure parking space! The accommodation was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The selection of games was appreciated too! Tenby is a lovely town to visit and we will definitely be back
Lovely, Clean, Well-equipped Cottage.

Anthea and Paul's cottage in the centre of Tenby was a perfect location for a recent climbing/walking trip to Pembrokshire. Communication at the booking stage was efficient and easy. Directions were clear. Paul met us on arrival and was happy to answer any questions we had. The property was very well equipped, cosy and was in really good condition. Free parking provided at the rear of the property was very convenient. We would hope to return to this property and would highly recommend it.
Well Equipped Cottage In Great Location

A great cottage which is only a few minutes from the sea. Very useful to have own parking at the back. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Lovely Cottage In A Fantastic Location!
By Beverly P on 02-Aug-2016
Francis Cottage is a lovely spacious (3 bedroom/2 bathroom) property with the beaches, shops, bars and restaurants of Tenby all within strolling distance. The property is very well equipped, very much a home from home, and one of the best we have stayed in . One of the main selling points for us was the secure parking at the rear of the property which would easily accommodate 2 cars. We ate out most nights as the choice of pubs and restaurants in Tenby was excellent but the cottage had all the facilities needed to cook a meal should you choose to do so. We found plenty to do whatever the weather. The beaches in Tenby are glorious and I can highly recommend the seal safari which was brilliant fun(despite the rain!) . I would not hesitate to recommend the cottage to family and friends and would definitely visit again.

Amazing Stay In Beautiful Tenby
By Frances G on 11-May-2016
Stayed for 3 nights, May 2016. 2 adults and 2 children. What an amazing property. One of cleanest properties I have ever stayed in. Not a thing out of place and everything you could ever need during your stay, including tea, coffee , sugar etc.
Location was fantastic, only a short stroll to the beautiful beaches and so close to all the shops, bars and restaurants.
Couldn't recommend this property enough and we are already planning on returning for a week next year as Tenby is so beautiful with so much to do.
A Little Gem!
By Terry on 22-Mar-2016
Little not quite the right word, as the cottage has 3 good size bedrooms, large lounge, dinning room and an excellent well equipped kitchen.
Our host met us at the property even though it was very late with a welcome bottle of red wine, much appreciated after being traffic delayed.
The cottage, has full central heating, which was put on for us and was nice and clean as was its two bathroom/shower facilities.
The cottage is in an excellent location and everything is within a few minutes walking distance, restaurants, pubs, chip shop and importantly the sea, and what wonderful beaches Tenby has.
As the cottage is so close to the town, finding parking in our case was not an issue, as it comes with 2 parking bays, directly accessible from the cottage via a high walled back garden, where one can sit out on a good sunny day!
We came for a 3 night break and went home very relaxed and look forward to our next trip to Tenby and a stay at Francis Cottage..
Excellent Facilities Right In The Town And Beach
By Joanne W on 27-Sep-2015
This cottage was ideally situated for us as we were two couples each with a car. Both parked up at rear on arrival and safety stayed there until we left, very secure. The cottage is very well equipped and could not find any fault, could have stayed a further week! The Bucaneer pub provides wonderful meals and we highly recommend at least one visit. However there is absolutely no need to eat out as the kitchen is equipped with everything needed..The cottage was very sclean and everything as described. probably one of the best cottages we have ever stayed in.
First Class Accommodation
By Lynne F on 27-Jun-2015
Excellent accommodation, very clean, appreciated the extras in the kitchen cupboards very helpful and thoughtful of the proprietors. Lovely location close to the beach, shops and the city centre. The 2 car parking spaces were located at

First Class Accomodation
By John K on 06-Jun-2015
The property is beautifully restored & decorated, & in spotless condition. The ready supply of household items in the cupboards were much appreciated, & the hosts clearly put themselves out to ensure guests have everything they may need. Very conveniently sited just off the town centre & the 2 private & secluded parking spaces backing on to the rear garden are a bonus. Would recommend fully.
Home From Home
By Karen on 14-Apr-2015
Fantastic property, in the best location, with parking for 2 cars in the center of town. 2 minutes walk to the seafront and all the activities. Spotlessly clean with lovely fresh bedding and every detail considered. Couldn't recommend it more and would definitely go there again. Sleeps 6 very comfortably indeed.
By David, Arianne And Mattie on 13-Apr-2015
Wonderful location, only minutes walk from restaurants, cafes and Tenby's beautiful beaches. The accommodation itself was perfect for our needs and well maintained. Off street parking (-a rarity for town centre properties) and good wi-fi added added the finishing touches to a great holiday.
Without doubt if/when we return to Tenby, Francis Cottage will be the place we stay!
A Lovely Place To Stay
By Bob on 06-Mar-2015
the house was very convenient no more than a 2 min walk from to the centre of town as it was near the city walls. It was a very quiet place. It had all the facilities you could ask for. Lovely and clean and free wifi. secure parking was an absolute bonus. Rooms were all comfortable and good sizes. As it was February we didn't use the garden but I think it would be nice to use in the summer. Most important the house was lovely and warm. Would highly recommend and will want to use it again. Thanks Anthea for a lovely stay in Tenby
A 5 Star Stay
By David on 18-Jan-2015
My family and myself have stayed in Tenby on a number of occasions and have always stayed at Francis Cottage. It is a lovely cottage, spacious and clean with all modern appliances and very well maintained. The secure parking for 3 cars is a bonus as parking in Tenby is at a premium. It is only 5 minutes walk to the beach and the town walls so very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and public houses to choose from within easy walking distance and Sainsburys supermarket is also close by. Tenby is a lovely town and there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. We can't wait to visit again.
