Leave ReviewFabulous property
By Jenny Halliday on 07-Sep-2025There was everything there we needed. Even a dishwasher, washer and dryer.. Three bedrooms, 2 double upstairs, 1 single downstairs. The living room is cosy with a lovely corner suite. Our silly dog can't walk on wooden flooring but we took a garden mat which worked well. Beautiful real wood floors upstairs too. All very clean and tidy. The bathroom has a spar bath, we didn't use it, and a great shower. The location is great, short walk to town, lovely pubs, a coop and few other stores. Elliot's for fish and chips was good. There is a freezer shop 5 mins walk from the cottage, 1st time I've taken home more food than I brought. The steak pie and chicken and bacon pie - fabulous. Great that there is a good 3 drawer freezer in the kitchen. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Charles. Won't forget this holiday.

Lovely time spent here
By Marie Potter on 14-Aug-2025We went to the cottage to celebrate my brother’s 80th birthday, the cottage is well equipped and in a beautiful location. The patio looks out over a fantastic view very relaxing. The village is really quaint with lots of places to eat. The walk back to the cottage is not for the faint hearted, very steep climb back to the cottage . We used the car after the 1st day, plenty of places to park so no problem. We would definitely book again..
Beautiful Tideswell
By Kelly & Darren on 19-Aug-2025What a beautiful little find Swift Cottage is. We stayed for 3 nights. Myself, husband, 2 sons (ages 17 & 15) and our 2 small dogs. Cottage is beautiful. Has everything you need. Cosy and clean, beds are super comfortable, bathroom facilites great, WiFi excellent (happy kids) all equipment in the Cottage all works and is of a high standard. 10 minutes from the village, which has pubs, local coop, chippy (Elliots) which was lush. Beautiful scenery around the area as we walked the dogs and so peaceful. A great place to breath, take some time out and enjoy some much needed family time. Thank you Charles for excellent communication and a lovely place for us to stay. Would highly recommend. 😁
Another lovely stay!
