Spacious property. Off road parking. Conveniently located for walking. Perfect for dogs - especially the enclosed garden. Comfy bed. Quiet location. Oven and lots of options cooking utensils which is quite rare. Everything you need for a peaceful/ active stay in Exmoor with pets.

The layout of the accommodation was really unusual but all became clear when Victoria explained the background of the whole site (private village) and the previous configuration of the building. We found it incredibly spacious - plenty of room for us and our 2 big GSD’s! The secure enclosed patio/garden area was brilliant. We could let the dogs in and out as necessary, without worrying about them at all. Although it was only just off the beaten track, it was a really quiet and peaceful spot. We were very lucky with the weather and it was lovely to have the morning sun shining in through the patio doors. It was an ideal base for meeting up with friends living in the area and there are also lots of interesting and worthwhile places to visit within easy driving distance. Even though the weather had turned slightly chillier, morning and evening, we found it plenty warm enough inside. We were sorry not to have stayed for longer, so we are already thinking about booking for next year.

Just returned from 4 nights at the garden flat with my mum and 3 small dogs. The flat met our needs and it was great to be able to let the dogs out into the secure garden. Beds were both lovely and comfortable.
