Take the exterior steps up to your front door into the hall ,off which you will find the sitting room where you can open the door to the Juliet balcony to gaze to the view then draw the curtains and enjoy the log burner and enjoy meals around the breakfast bar when evening falls

An ancient timber screen separates it from the well equipped kitchen .

As the night grows dark ,the double bedroom is well - presented with a neat shower room close by .
You have access to a little enclosed courtyard .


Check in is after 3 pm and check out is 10 am

From the A38 take the 384 towards Totnes ,then the A381 to Halwell,then the A3122 toward Dartmouth ,then the A379 to Torcross .

Access is gained by a key safe to the left of the front door .
