Leave ReviewA peaceful sanctuary in beautiful surroundings
By Mary on 12-Aug-2025A very comfortable converted outbuilding with bathroom, kitchen and seating area downstairs and bedroom and living room upstairs and, best of all access to a very private walled part of the owners' garden with pond and table and chairs for eating outside and another couple of chairs for relaxing in. The owners are very friendly and caring (without being intrusive). It is in a very pretty village between Totnes and the coast. Has a village pub and church and a shop in the next village,

Beautiful accommodation in a charming location
By Carol on 03-Aug-2025Accommodation had everything you could need for a few days away in the lovely Devon countryside. Ideal location to access Totnes and the surrounding towns and villages. Hosts were lovely and ensured we had the essentials when we arrived.

Wonderful retreat
By Steve Gray on 30-Aug-2024From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the owner who made us feel very welcome. The barn conversion is fantastic and extremely cosy and the walled garden is a beautiful peaceful place to relax. We will definitely be returning, and it’s a great place with many walks on the doorstep. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
A great retreat for two
By Carol & Anthony on 18-Aug-2024The Old Print Shed is comfortable, well equipped and has a beautiful garden. It’s a quiet village location - Totnes is only a few minutes drive away. During the week we visited Dartmouth, also walks along the S.W. Coast Path. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Martin and Lin

A lovely place and environment to be
By Henk Willems on 10-Aug-2024What a beautiful atmospheric and tastefully renovated barn Lin and Martin have created. Completely equipped, clean, and in terms of location ideal as a base for both Dartmoor and the coast. In addition, a beautiful garden and deep peace. In short, a true retreat place with very hospitable owners.

Thank you Henk for your kind words. We are pleased to be able to provide a comfortable and peaceful haven for our guests to enjoy their holiday.
Genuinely, a superb place and with the warmest of welcomes
By Peter Green on 05-Aug-2023We loved that the Print Shed was on the edge of a small, secluded village so was very peaceful and with great countryside views. The place itself was beautifully converted and we felt very comfortable and relaxed there. A great place to come back to after our explorations. Not only do you have a cosy cottage, you have sole access to a large garden with a pond, comfortable seating and sunshine morning and evening (weather allowing) Lin and Martin, the hosts, could not have been more welcoming or friendly and were always available as they live adjacent to the Print Shed. We would love to go back there again and would strongly recommend this place as a 2-person holiday home
