Description
Bay House is located just 2 minutes walk from the sandy swimming and surfing beach in Trevone, which is one of only ten beaches in Cornwall to be awarded the Blue Flag Award 2025/26. A 5-10 minute walk along the coastal path also takes you to 'Rocky Beach' with its natural swimming pool.The house has double and twin bedrooms, comfortably accommodating 4 adults with a pull-out in the living room to sleep an additional person if required. With a modern, well-equipped kitchen, living/dining room, fast fibre wifi, off-road parking, and lockable storage, and a small garden ideal for a bbq, it has everything you need for your wonderful holiday. EV charger also available (please inform when booking).
The village has a great beach shop with cafe and bar, pub serving food and a well-stocked farm shop. It is only 2 miles (or a wonderful coastal walk or 45 min country lane walk) from the highly acclaimed restaurants in popular Padstow, with its picturesque harbour and working fishing port. There are plenty of activities nearby with stunning coastal walks on your doorstep or a short drive to Trevose Championship golf course, cycling or horse riding on the Camel Trail and several other popular surfing beaches, some with lessons available, within easy reach.
Trevone Beach has both Blue flag and Seaside Awards. Blue Flag is an international award. It is only presented to beaches with water quality defined as ‘excellent’ under the EU Bathing Water Directive. The Seaside Awards are presented to the best beaches in England, recognising beaches which are delivering a safe, clean and well-managed spaces.

High chair and portable cot available. Sorry, we do not accept pets and Bay House is no smoking. Linen and towels provided for 4, beds made up for arrival. Credit cards accepted.

Overall a really great stay in lovely location for the beach and close to Padstow and the surrounding area. I’d thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Had a great break
