Our charming cottage, minutes from a dog-friendly beach and nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the small peaceful seaside hamlet of Trusthorpe, offers you the perfect seaside holiday home experience. We are proud to have achieved 5-star reviews from all of our guests since we opened in the summer of 2020, and we promise you won’t be disappointed!

Sandpiper Cottage is a spotlessly clean, sunny, detached bungalow, which is extremely spacious, comfortable and welcoming, being maintained by the owners, Val and David, to a very high standard.

Midway between Sutton-On-Sea and Mablethorpe on the Lincolnshire coast, Sandpiper Cottage is perfectly situated for exploring all the area has to offer, and is only a short drive to a host of Lincolnshire’s many attractions.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the conservatory while planning your day, or watch the sun go down with a glass in hand on the patio.

Sandpiper has ample off-road parking for two cars in the drive and has secure garage storage for cycles.

Sandpiper Cottage offers two large, airy double bedrooms – one kingsize with an ensuite shower room (with sink and toilet), and the other with twin beds, adjacent to our sparkling, fully-tiled family bathroom.

Both bedrooms have comfortable beds with quality bed linen and comfy pillows. Along with plenty of storage space, personal safe, hairdryers, smartphone chargers/alarm clocks, etc., there is everything you could need for a perfect holiday.

The large, modern and well-equipped dining kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal, and includes an electric Hob and new electric double Oven, Fridge/freezer, Microwave, Air Fryer, filter Coffee machine, Dishwasher and Washer/dryer. A door from the kitchen leads into our conservatory, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable alternative eating and relaxing area, looking out onto our pretty, private, and secure garden.

Move through into our cosy lounge with two comfy leather recliners and sofa, feature gas fireplace, and a 55” Samsung Smart 3D TV with DVD player. Complimentary ultra-fast free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Through French windows, the lounge leads onto a private terrace with a bistro table and chairs, where you can enjoy your morning coffee whilst planning the day’s adventures. There are sun loungers and beach towels available.

Lovely clean and cosy bungalow......

Lovely clean and cosy bungalow. The bedrooms were bigger and nicer than the photos. Quiet cul-de-sac with dog proof enclosed garden. Short walk to the beach and dog walk close by. One of the nicest places we have stayed.

If I could give more stars I would! We have just had a delightful week at Sandpiper. The bungalow is very well equipped and maintained, we didn''t find anything missing at all. The bed was so comfortable and the living room really nice with open aspect to the garden, we all had a good time, the dogs loved the close proximity to the beach as I did. Booking is easy and secure, the owners pleasant and courteous. Many thanks for our relaxing week.

We have just had 5 days at Sandpiper Cottage. We have stayed in many holiday let’s but Sandpiper has to be the best yet. Exceptionally clean, comfortable and everything you could possibly need to have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Sandpiper has a completely enclosed rear garden to keep dogs safe. Only a 5 minute walk to a fabulous beach to walk our two dogs . Val, the owner, was really helpful and excellent communication . Thank you Val for the welcome pack. The plum bread was delicious. Even goodies for the dogs. We will definitely be returning in the spring/summer so we can enjoy the conservatory and garden . Highly recommended for visiting the Lincolnshire coastline . So many lovely beaches . Thank you again Val and David for sharing this beautiful property. Julia and Mike
