Sandpiper Cottage is a spotlessly clean, sunny, detached bungalow, which is extremely spacious, comfortable and welcoming, being maintained by the owners, Val and David, to a very high standard.
Midway between Sutton-On-Sea and Mablethorpe on the Lincolnshire coast, Sandpiper Cottage is perfectly situated for exploring all the area has to offer, and is only a short drive to a host of Lincolnshire’s many attractions.
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the conservatory while planning your day, or watch the sun go down with a glass in hand on the patio.
Sandpiper has ample off-road parking for two cars in the drive and has secure garage storage for cycles.
Sandpiper Cottage offers two large, airy double bedrooms – one kingsize with an ensuite shower room (with sink and toilet), and the other with twin beds, adjacent to our sparkling, fully-tiled family bathroom.
Both bedrooms have comfortable beds with quality bed linen and comfy pillows. Along with plenty of storage space, personal safe, hairdryers, smartphone chargers/alarm clocks, etc., there is everything you could need for a perfect holiday.
The large, modern and well-equipped dining kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal, and includes an electric Hob and new electric double Oven, Fridge/freezer, Microwave, Air Fryer, filter Coffee machine, Dishwasher and Washer/dryer. A door from the kitchen leads into our conservatory, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable alternative eating and relaxing area, looking out onto our pretty, private, and secure garden.
Move through into our cosy lounge with two comfy leather recliners and sofa, feature gas fireplace, and a 55” Samsung Smart 3D TV with DVD player. Complimentary ultra-fast free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Through French windows, the lounge leads onto a private terrace with a bistro table and chairs, where you can enjoy your morning coffee whilst planning the day’s adventures. There are sun loungers and beach towels available.
