You can leave this urban oasis and walk into the village easily in less than 10 minutes to enjoy the Friday morning market, dinners out or simply to soak up the atmosphere in the quaint and bustling village square.
The beaches of Cannes, Antibes and Nice are just a short drive or bus trip away, which also makes it an ideal place to stay during one of the many events taking place in the cities nearby (e.g. Cannes film festival, Mipim, etc).

By Louise on 17-Aug-2025We stayed as an extended family of 9 to celebrate a special birthday together in a part of France we adore - and we were not disappointed! From enquiries before booking, through to the reservation process, check-in and check-out, we were looked after perfectly. The villa is immaculate inside and out. It is very well equipped. The garden and pool area are clean and a relaxing haven. The hosts are professional and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended for a larger group.
Absolutely Fabulous
By Marie Meekings on 20-Jul-2025If you’re looking for a brilliant place to stay on the Cote d’Azur look no further. The first impression was WOW, a beautiful Provencal Villa and this didn’t change throughout our wonderful stay. The location is fantastic, a short way up a gentle hill (good for the steps and walking off substantial meals) overlooking mountains and incredibly scenic. The village is well within walking distance, a lovely route in and Valbonne doesn’t disappoint - a lively square in the evening with great shops, restaurants and entertainment. It is ideally situated to see so many brilliant places and to get a real flavour of the French culture. A ten minute drive to Mouans-Sartoux train station with free parking, you can get to Grasse or going the other way into Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco and even further on into Italy if you wish. Uber is also available and comes between 10-15 minutes. All of these modes of transport were found to be reliable. In terms of the house and grounds, I can’t think of a better place to stay. We had our family and friends there, all different ages and personalities, and everyone was delighted with it. Lisa and Jeremy could not have been more friendly and helpful, they seem to think of everything we needed and nothing is too much trouble. We had total confidence in them from the initial booking to the end of our stay, which is so important for it to be stress free. Even getting a food shop in for us when we arrived so the cupboards were stocked for a small fee. The house is authentic to the region, it has lots of different rooms on two floors, and is so relaxing and well appointed. You can spend time on the veranda at the front for breakfast and use the pool, barbeques and the little Tikki Bar for shade in the heat of the day. There’s even a cine room. We never wanted to leave and would go back in a heartbeat, but reality comes to us all in the end. Plus, you get to look after some lovely chickens, which are no problem at all and a lovely touch, the Grandchildren loved them!
Fantastic Stay
By Philip on 13-Jul-2024We had the pleasure of staying at Lisa and Jeremy's place for a week in July. It was perfect for our larger family. Very very well equipped, spotless, and spacious. The house is only a short 5 minute walk into Valbonne. A fantastic location. Lisa and Jeremy couldn't be more helpful and friendly. They provided an excellent guide book and recommendations of where to shop, eat and visit. My kids absolutely loved the chicken too. I hope we'll get to visit again.

Wonderful holiday!
By Jackson on 01-Sep-2023Lisa and her family were wonderful. They made the stay for my wife, two daughters and I so pleasant and easy. They are accessible any time we needed something; gave us wonderful reco’s; coordinated a seamless drop off and pick up; and even provided us the opportunity to have them cook for us (the meal was fantastic!). I would highly recommend booking this property or any property Lisa may have. They made our vacation that much better because we never had to worry about anything related to the home….something anyone traveling with kids appreciates.
Perfect Stay!
By Pooja on 20-Jul-2023Lisa’s place was a perfect getaway for a long due family vacation with my large family of 10. The place is so pretty that pictures don’t do justice. We had older parents and young kids in our party and everyone was very comfortable at the home. The bathrooms and kitchen all had newer appliances and fixtures. Lisa was very responsive for all our needs and was very open to all our communication. Our stay was just made perfect. The highlight of the trip was the chickens in her backyard. The girls had such a fun time playing with them and collecting eggs everyday. The village nearby which is walking distance from Lisa’s place is just so pretty. We enjoyed many evenings in that village just roaming around and having drinks/dinner. There is a pizza truck nearby that makes the best thin crust pizza’s I have had in a while. If I were to come back to south of France this is the place I would recommend to stay.
